At CCI, we have chosen to focus our future building on using Insulated Concrete Forms (ICF) in order to build energy efficiency into all our products.

Heating & cooling equipment and natural resources such as sun, wind, & water can interact once our environment is clearly defined. From the beginning of going into business in 1971 I have always worked by word of mouth - this has been my advertising. I strongly believe that relationships between people is the objective in all we do.
To go green part way or all the way, either path is served superbly by the use of ICF's for the exterior walls. Simply put, Insulated Concrete Forms are building blocks assembled to create the desired architecture, into which concrete is poured. While the resulting product enjoys the strength and durability of concrete the forms, which remain part of the building, provide improved sound and heat insulation.

We foresee the continued use of ICFs to help commercial buildings become more efficient resulting in less energy cost -which will ultimately translate into better value for the customer. We can help design and build new buildings as well as remodel existing buildings. Office and store up-fits have been a large part of our work from retail shops to doctors' offices to warehouse space.
