This is a small sample of before and after bathroom remodeling work I've completed for my clients. Almost every house has at least one full bathroom, usually 8' X 5' with a tub, toilet, and vanity. Yours may be a bit larger, or much larger with double sinks, separate walk in shower, tub, and maybe a private water closet.
Any reason someone's home needs more space is a reason for any additions. Maybe its an extra bedroom, a larger kitchen or bathroom, a home office, a study, or a den. My first consideration, beyond any zoning concerns, is to make it look like it was built that way the first time, when they built your house.

We are writing to rave about Geoff's work. We had two projects; one was a small shower downstairs and one was a complete remodel upstairs. After seeing the shower Geoff rebuilt for us, we asked Geoff to work on the remodel. I must say in the small space to which Geoff had to work with, he did an amazing job. It went beyond our expections, in particular, the glass shower door. The tile work is beautiful so having the glass door really made it pop. As for our bigger project upstairs, the complete remodel, I think only photos can do it justice. We do want to add that Geoff was very patient with us

Screened porch conversion to enclosed Sun Room is still beautiful 10years later. 22 windows installed and not ONE has failed, knows his stuff. Geoff did a great job rehabbing our entire beach cottage in 2014. He removed an old porch and expanded roofline to add a new master suit- expanding the size from 800 to nearly 1200 sq ft. It was taken down to the studs and rebuilt: new roof, new walls, new floors, new kitchen, 2 new bathrooms, new plumbing, new wiring, new AC, new windows and new siding. Major changes were made to the layout of the cottage - much to the better! He worked with us to make design decisions and worked hard to keep costs manageable.

Completely satisfied with the work and worth every penny. Geoff installed an entirely new master bathroom with a skylight, walk-in closet, auxiliary closet, and plenty of storage throughout. Design, materials, components, and price were presented and discussed before the job was started. Everything was spot on. Geoff uses quality materials as the project was completed 2 years ago, and I have zero bathroom mold and mildew with little maintenance.

Geoff remodeled and expanded my mid-1960's kitchen and installed an entirely new bathroom with a curbless shower. He was fearless about doing structural work that a big box store said was not possible. Yet, what he did met code and passed inspection without any question.
