I'm part of the Koala Club. Michael came to my home to do the fall inspection and noticed that the air filters needed to be replaced (my house uses custom made air filters), he recommended switching to electrostatic air filters this way it's a better system and in my case it would actually be cheaper to switch to the new better system than to keep buying the custom made filters and replacing them every 6 months. I just wanted to say that the people at Koala Cooling are the best. I called at the last possible minute about my air conditioner going out. Even though they were very busy, they were able to get someone out to me the same day. Very pleased with the service and communication with Koala Cooling. Our 25 year old system cratered and I researched local companies. Koala Cooling was highly rated and I had seen their trucks in the area. In very short time Anthony checked our system, but found it was worse than he could fix on the spot. He advised us of options and that he would set up an appointment for a representative to meet with us to review replacement options. Unfortunately our AC went out but we knew we were on borrowed time as the old unit was pushing 20 yrs old. Koala has been amazing. They even came out and tried to get the old unit to run until they could install the new one. Scott, Renee, Kyle and Christian were awesome to work with. Kyle and Christian installed our unit and were always very professional, on time, and very personal. The unit is running great and I know Koala will stand behind their work. Robert and Kyle did an excellent job of replacing one of my AC units. The old unit had quit cooling and when Robert and Michael looked at the old unit, replacement was really the best option. All Koala Cooling technicians that worked on this unit displayed impressive technical knowledge and professionalism. Installing the new unit was complicated but all the work was completed in one day with the new unit up and running. They did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, we could barely tell they had been there! Great Job!
