Over promise and under deliver. Nestor (the owner) came to our home to get us an estimate; we were trying to remove & kill weeds, and get a clean edge around our lawn. We were assured that this was doable.
When Nestor's team arrived, they did not speak English, making communication a little difficult. His team did not pull the weeds or grass as agreed, and only cut everything with a weed wacker and sprayed weed killer everywhere. His team also killed and removed some of the wife's flowers thinking they were weeds.
Overall, Noviedo is good enough at mowing a lawn, but can't be bothered for landscaping
