Just a horrible experience dealing with these people. Very rude and unprofessional and total crooks. They changed their arrangement with our door company which was to provide them with the first portion of their order last second and tried to write slanderous reviews of our business which was extremely hurtful.

Minus 1 star for submitting fraudulent invoice for payment. Specifically, submitted an invoice for roofing penetrations despite the contract calling for roofing work to be paid directly by customer. When the invoice was originally questioned, Shannon Ready stated that they received our landlord's permission to use their roofing company. (Checked w/ LL - not true). When asked for proof of payment (invoice/cancelled check), none could be provided. Additionally, Construction Concepts could not tell me who made the roofing penetrations (or couldn't be bothered to research it). When we questioned the
