Evans Construction & Design offers interior design services on a range of projects, from high-end residential interiors to commercial and retail design. Lori Evans is a certified ASID Interior Designer with over 20 years of experience and creativity in the field. Initial Consultation Typically, this takes place in your home or commercial space.
This included installing 3 skylights and adding on an extended lanai off the small back patio. After deciding to hire Phil Evans to complete the job, we soon realized it was the best choice we could have made. Phil takes his time to plan each step with great care for our desired results. He consulted with us constantly and provided us with excellent ideas when we weren't sure what we wanted.

Bought a brand new home from this guy. House is now falling apart and a lot of corners where cut to build it. Have contacted him several times about the issue. Ive been promised over and over and still nothing has been done to fix the problems. Take it from me if your looking to buy a new home stay away from the Evans built homes. Its only 3 months old and its falling apart like it 30 years old..
