Buyer Beware Notice Regarding Stateson Homes builders. My parents bought a new Stateson Home in Heron’s Landing just over a year ago. From day one, their customer service and (lack of) responsiveness to construction issues with the house have been a nightmare. I have watched representatives from the company gaslight my 70-year-old parents over and over. They dealt with most recent issue – hardwood floors that have warped creating gaps and creaks in the main living areas after only one year – by telling my parents that it is “natural” for hardwood to warp. They have replaced the flooring

I absolutely recommend working with Stateson homes. We built our first home after many years living in a parsonage. The process was easy and we love our home. They are very responsive after moving in to anything that needs to be corrected. Nick, Jordan, and Scott are all extremely helpful when dealing with issues that arose. Nick even worked to get a community dinner so we could meet all our neighbors. Love it here!!!!

Stateson Homes builders are very nice. I love the house they built for me in 2014. They were very responsible even after the 1 year follow-up. They fixed things for me in the second year and re-did the walkway for me when I needed to sell my house in 2017, fixing a small crack. I feel very grateful and I highly recommend them!
