Luis is passionate about his work and enjoys the process of building and rebuilding houses. He has worked in construction for 20 years starting as just a painter and growing to the contractor that he is today. Luis takes the time with each client to know their needs and build what each of them has in his mind.

Luis is my go-to guy for all our construction and remodel needs! He is professional, thorough, good communicator, very experienced, and trustworthy. Our most recent job was to have him do a complete exterior remodel of our house including removal of 1970's stone and putting up wood siding. He built custom shutters for me when I couldn't find what I wanted. They painted the house and did various odds and ends. See before and after photo. He made sure I was happy with every detail. He has also worked on a master bath remodel, drywall repair, and some kitchen work, His workers are great

Luis and his team arrived promptly, helped us put in new kitchen floors, did some patch and paints due to cracking in the walls (matched the paint to the existing wall color), and repaired a gutter in two days. Very reasonable pricing, wore masks, and were very nice! They later helped install a new stove that needed additional cutting of the counter within a day and looks great. Would definitely recommend!

We hired Sazo's Construction to tear down some kitchen cabinets and take down a half wall that was blocking the kitchen from the living room, and also to install some grab bars in the bathroom. They showed up on time and were all wearing masks. They did a great job taking down the cabinets, patching, and adjusting the paint color to get a better match. Then, after the cabinets came down, there was a gap where you could see behind the fridge, and Sazo's built a board to fit and installed it to hide the gap. They did a great job and the place looks great.

Sazo's did a poor job on our foundation. The work was bad enough, that they were asked not do my framing.
After the concrete was poured there was no attempt to keep it wet. The concrete dried so fast, that it cracked everywhere. All I can hope is that the cracks are cosmetic and not structural.
You can see all of the cracks in the foundation. In one of the photos you can see that they poured the foundation, even though the toilet flange is practically inside the shower pan! The area around the toilet flange is going to have to be jackhammered out and redone. MANY of the bolts that are
