All sales representative team and GM were really helpful to accommodate my request to purchase new truck and with trade in my old one. All paperwork was delivered to be sign by company driver to my home in San Francisco on Christmas eve day. Looking forward to do the business again in couple years.

This team of sales and finance folks had me in and out in 2 hours with a brand new truck. I communicated via text with Kris Hulsing for a few days prior to my arrival and when I got there, he greeted my in the parking lot. Fast, efficient and I never felt pressured. They beat all other dealers and showed me that my business was valued. In today's market they still showed how customer service is the most important piece of the experience. If you are looking for a vehicle I would contact this group first because they will show you how customer should be treated and you never look anywhere else. The team that provided me service was efficient, professional, and courteous. I required shuttle service to and from work. The communication was excellent. I was notified when my vehicle was ready for pickup, when the shuttle was going to arrive and even received a call to let me know the shuttle was on its way.

We had seen a used truck on Thompson’s website that we we liked. Went to see it on Monday.

The entire process was great, exceeding my expectations. Sean Sullivan, my salesperson was on top of things from the start. He was prompt with the initial phone call and then we did the deal via text messages…it was fast, easy and transparent. Even got a fair value for my trade which was honored when I came in to finalize the paperwork.
Also, despite the low inventory across dealerships, Thompson’s gave me more than a fair price for the new vehicle. It’s clear that they are not trying to make a quick profit, but rather look at the long-term customer relationship. I will definitely go there

The Thompson Auto Group has really proven that they stand behind their mission statement. My wife and I have boughten 3 new vehicles from the Thompson's and they've certainly earned our future business as well as our referrals!
