Shortly after an initial introduction to a very unique urban project site, Kelly's thoughts, ideas and input very quickly demonstrated his passion for what he does.
Discussions from the idea stage to a conceptual design for River Watch Development began almost overnight. Our input, thoughts and ideas were listened to thoroughly. Kelly then proceeded to surpass our highest expectations, more than a few times. Kelly and his firm have been working diligently to make our project a reality, through sometimes difficult steps.
