We have a wide range of project experience and we specialize in the planning and design of buildings constructed with ICF (Insulated Concrete Form) systems. We are registered in Wisconsin and Illinois, and have worked in most of the counties in Wisconsin.
We develop the building program based on the project requirements and scope, paying attention to zoning and building codes. We provide initial construction cost estimates and maximize project scope while remaining within budget. We provide accurate and complete budget estimates our clients can use to make good business decisions.
RMA Architects uses the latest software program, REVIT, to produce highly accurate and detailed drawings. REVIT is a high quality, three-dimensional building modeling CAD program that produces accurate architectural designs with collision avoidance. The REVIT program allows us to design in 3D and incorporate our consultant's designs on the same building model.
A delivery method is a project delivery system used for organizing design and construction services. RMA Architects offers Design/Bid/Build and Design/Build services as well as Construction Management and Owner's Representation delivery methods. We will advise the owner of the different delivery methods so they can choose the method that best suits their needs.
