I have never owned a more beautiful table. I wanted to buy everything in the amazing showroom they have set up. Honestly it was quite hard to choose. Brent and Devinne are so knowledgeable that they made the customization process so simple with tons of different options of woods, stains, and designs. I can't believe how many compliments I've received so far on my table! I will definitely be returning. Fantastic customer service and products!!!

Ordered from out of state and the table arrived wobbly and not to the standards they claim. When we called them they said it was on the shipper. The person on the phone also stated that the shipping company brought the wrong type of vehicle. We received no answer on why you would just load it on the wrong truck when we have spent over 2k and waited 6 months for it. It cost us 400 more dollars to fix the new table. Overall a horrible experience.

Best quality, best table I’ve ever seen and the finish is excellent and durable! I would highly recommend this place but don’t walk run! Total custom tables from start to finish.
We told the the exact size and color we wanted.
They showed us our choices. I personally didn’t find the exact color I wanted so I asked them when you stain it how many coats do you use? He replied 2-3 coats depending on the wood and how it takes.
I said ok can you do me a favor and have it only stained once so it was a lighter walnut.
I was so nervous waiting to see the end result and thought great I’ll get

So happy with our new table. Just what we were looking for. If your looking for unique one of kind very sturdy furniture this is the place. Brent got back to us immediately to answer questions we had. The two delivery guys were on time and professional. It’s hard to find a business that you can honestly highly recommend. Reclaimed in downtown Crystal Lake is now Hollenberg & Co. This is the WORST PLACE TO BUY FURNITURE. We bought a table on Dec 24, 2017. We needed a small amount of custom work done on it that we were told would take a week or two. It is now April 7 and the table is not ready yet. We have called multiple times and been told someone would call us back. In over 3 months since we bought this table nobody from this store has ever called us about anything. We purchased a custom-made dining room table from Reclaimed. Based on reviews from a few years ago, it is clear they have refined their process to best serve their customers. I only have very good things to report about Brent (the owner) and his team at Reclaimed.
We made our appointment online, received email reminders and were able to meet with Brent at the time of our appointment (no delays). We ordered a table from Reclaimed, and were really excited about it. The top was made from an old bowling alleylane that I used to bowl on in high school out in the 'burbs. The bowling alley had closed, and Reclaimed had picked up the the lanes to make some really cool furniture, a table of which was on display in their Chicago space before it closed. After our custom ordered piece arrived we found it superficially to be really striking, but we noticed a couple of mistakes upon closer inspection. After contacting Reclaimed about it, they reviewed our claim and completely agreed with us.

Brent is the man! I hired him to pimp out my wife's makeup table as a 15th wedding anniversary gift. He came out to my house to discuss design ideas, took measurements and sketched out a design on sight. During the one month lead time I gave him, communication was good with prompt updates when contacted. On the day of my anniversary Brent came to my home o do the install while my wife was at work. Everything was completed as promised and on time. Needless to say my wife was blown away, now I'm the man. Thanks again to Brent and his crew @ #ReclaimedCL for making my anniversary memorable

A co-op of more than 20 local artists/designers, this sweet little spot in downtown Crystal Lake is ripe for the homegoods pickin'. I was looking for an antique dresser for my to-be December arrival and I came across a few gorgeously painted pieces of 1930s and 40s furniture. Like an eager Gretel, I followed the breadcrumbs until I landed on Reclaimed's page!
In the actual shop you'll find everything from handmade pillows to baby goods (I nabbed a recycled t-shirt bib with a Liger on
