I had a 26 year old office chair that had a great deal of sentimental value that was broken. I did not want to dispose of it. I was very pleased to find a local business that could potentially fix it. These folks were able to fix it -- at a great price, and in less than a day, as well as did some refurbishing. They also insured the fix would be permanent, as they added some reinforcement. I was (and am) extremely pleased with this business, and in today's "disposable" age, was great to find a place that actually fixes things -- professionally, competently, and were reasonable cost. Jim and Matt have been successfully running this business for over 22 years, and together have over 45 combined years of experience. Their wealth of knowledge with office Installation is the only reason POI is the "preferred" choice! Too bad the "heir apparent" cannot work with anyone but the owner. She has to understand micromanaging others is NOT the key to success
