Services
We started Outdoor Interiors in 2006 with the desire to create a truly unique product line in the Outdoor Living Space. Since the beginning, our goal has been to re-invent an under-served niche, bringing quality and mid-tier price points in sustainable Outdoor Furniture. We provide a large variety of furniture made with Teak, Eucalyptus, and Stone, along with an exciting blend of Mixed Materials.
All hardwood is living, natural fiber. Due to weather and everyday use, changes occur with hairlines in the grain and lighting. The stained finish on our eucalyptus furniture will begin to fade and dry out if left untreated. However, to slow down the aging process and maintain your furniture's "like new" appearance, you should regularly treat the wood.
Outdoor Interiors warrants (to the original purchaser only via our dealer/retailer or e-commerce customer) that this furniture is free from defects in material and artistry, subject to proper assembly, care, handling & reasonable use. Please see our item hang tags and "Please Oil Me" Tags attached to every item we market.
I am completely impressed with Outdoor Interiors customer service. I noticed a problem with an outdoor table that I purchased from my local store in June. I contacted Outdoor Interiors directly and received a reply within 24 hours! Not only did I get a quick response, but Tom at Outdoor Interiors ordered a replacement of the item immediately upon seeing a picture of the problem.

Tim, Tessa and their team do an amazing job with Customer Experience (CX). They know their products, their market and especially their customers.
They provide the WOW factor. They are "state of the art service" and didn't let the pandemic take their focus away from customers..

Compliments to Outdoor Interiors for exceeding my expectations as a customer. They sell quality furniture and back it with exceptional customer service. Last summer I bought an outdoor dining set and two matching eucalyptus lounge chairs. The lounge chairs were for my wife's birthday and she was excited to update the old set. Everything arrived on time, in perfect condition and assembled quickly. However she wasn't 100% satisfied with the lounge chairs and said they needed a cushion. The price and style was perfect so I wrote a quick review saying the chairs looked great but weren't very comfortable

If I could give this company more than five stars I would. I had a slight problem with my FURNITURE emailed this company and within two hours they emailed me back by the end of that day they had emailed me again and put in motion a way to solve the issue. My husband has been doing furniture repair for a furniture company for 12 years. He told me out of the many FURNITURE wholesalers that he deals with he has never had a furniture company take care of a problem so fast. I plan on buying more furniture and Because of their prompt customer service I will buy outdoor interiors furniture again. You

I received damaged merchandise, but due to the COVID issues, I was flat out unable to get any kind of assistance from the shipper; they were not taking calls, and my order was no longer in their system, leave me absolutely no recourse. I called Outdoor Interiors and from the start, got tremendous response and satisfaction. Tim did everything he could to make my experience positive, even when it wasn't Outdoor Interior's problem to solve. Thank you for restoring my faith in customer service!

Absolutely incredible Customer Service!! I purchased an Outdoor Interiors Eucalyptus Table online from Bed Bath & Beyond In March, 2020. One of the tabletop panels developed a split in the wood so initially I reached out to Bed Bath & Beyond to check on what could be done. Bed Bath & Beyond outsourced their Customer Service Department to China; I was on hold for about 30" and then was told that I could send the table back (there was substantial confusion as to where I was to send said table) and then....it seems that I would receive a replacement table 2-3 months from that point..the conversation

I purchased 6 chairs model 46520.
The arm height was tall than listed on the sight and would not fit under the apron of my table.
When I contacted the company they were very accommodating. I asked if there was a way to make the leg
Shorter and they DID! They were in constant contact by email and was more than willing to help me.
So excited to have the chairs. They look great and are comfortable!

I had the most amazing experience with Outdoor Interiors!! An item that I purchased had a defect, I wrote an actual letter to the company and received a phone call within days.
