Highly recommend and SOOO much better then the other (*-*green) weed/ fertilizer companies. You definitely get what you pay for! Because of my busy lifestyle, the yard would simply "get away from me." But UltraGreen provides a great service and results that keeps the yard looking great. Service tech came out yesterday to ask about treating my yard because of the leaves being down-I declined service. Still got charged for them treating my yard even though they didn’t treat it. 😤. My computer is right next to my window and I can see outside & I never saw him treat my front lawn & I had a contractor over and he said he never saw them do anything either. Now it’s going to be a couple weeks before I get a refund 😐

Worst experience I have ever had with a business. They destroyed large sections of my lawn due to over application and then made the problem worse when they tried to apply "special" solutions that were supposed to bring my lawn back to life. The end result was that the sections of lawn that they destroyed needed to be totally replaced and they refused to repair the areas that they damaged. I have never had a company refuse to own up to their mistakes and refuse to repair their mistakes like Ultagreen.

Ultragreen destroyed large sections of my front yard and refused to repair it. They damaged my lawn by applying too much and the wrong chemicals ( based upon other professionals' assessment of the damage).
Each other professional that looked at my lawn determined that the only way to recover the damage was to re sod the damaged areas. Ultragreen repeatedly refused to repair the damage that they caused and instead tried to stimulate grass growth with unspecified "special" treatments.
After six months of no improvement, I asked one last time for them to replace the sod to return

Crabgrass should be killed in Spring. I still have in in Bermuda in my yard. Had brown spots in Zosia - was told we would be charged more than the $800 per year that we were paying already to treat that. We were charged $80 a treatment for maybe 5 to 10 minutes of work.

I don't ever write reviews for anything, but this warrants one. I have an area of 7,000 square footage of grass and I'm extremely attentive to it. I've tried many different companies but none like UltraGreen. My experience has been excellent and I have been extremely satisfied with the results I've gotten. Andre has done an amazing job and, thanks to his work, my grass is weed free and greener. Whenever I have any concerns, I can always speak to Andre about it and is always very responsive. They have been my lawn care service for 3 years. One day I found out my lawn was dying so I called this company and asked why this happened. The agent told me there's fungus on my lawn and I had to pay extra to remove it. I couldn't understand why the employee didn't even notice it until I found out it's dying but I just paid extra $500 for removing it.
But still my lawn was looking terrible after the job done. I wish I could post photos of my poor lawn. Folks, don't be a victim like me.

For the past 3 years I have used UltraGreen as my Lawn Service provider. They fertilize, apply weed prevention, and care for my trees and shrubs. I am very satisfied with their products performance and service. In addition, I enjoy talking with various neighbor's as they walk by the house during the day and evening, and many of them say I have the best lawn in the subdivision. Two have even called it "spectacular". I do take good care of my lawn with proper watering, mowing and edging, but I consider UltraGreen a partner in this process.

Been using UltraGreen for a couple of years now. Yard looks great. Noticed neighbor has a sign in his yard after our first service. Talk is cheap, results matter.. Guess he wants his yard to look good too
Service tech Carlos is very pleasant and responsive to any concerns. Last year I had a bloom of yellow nutsedge. I pointed it out to Carlos and he zapped it good

Had this service from this company. Run don't walk far away. Not sure if the tech was new but our lawn had weeds etc. The service seemed reasonable and we opted in. First mistake. We noticed after treatments the the lawn started getting a brown tinge and they said it was the "weeds" and other organics but it was safe for pets and etc. It took a 4-5 months before we said enough but by then the damage was done. $50 (approx) a month service ended up costing us an entire RESOD. They even kept billing after the service was canceled. Still dealing with that nugget...getting billed for

I'm so tired of hounding them to do the job right. This last application clearly looks like the new tech either used the wrong product in areas or severely oversprayed a nonselective herbicide. All along bedding areas there's strips of dead/dying grass that was perfectly healthy before the last application. There's now also dead spots throughout the lawn. I guess this is what I get for complaining about the weeds they weren't properly spraying in the garden beds and pavers. Pure incompetence!

Tried UltraGreen and our grass worsened, so much so one of their sales guys came by offering free treatment and made observations. The sales guy had not taken time to see we were already a customer. This is when we cancelled.
To make matters worse, the company arbitrarily resumed our service despite no request having been made. This, too, was brought to their attention.
I strongly recommend you consider other lawn care providers.

(Updated 11/15/2017), I just received a call from 501.944.3271 claiming to be the owner of ultragreen and threatening to sue me over post about my experiences with this company.
Canceling service is hell, you will be given the run around, and 6 or 7 months after you thought you would not hear from them again, they will send you bills for services that they did not perform. It took multiple calls over several months to be able to cancel service. They kept billing us for service after that. Service that they could have not provided as the grass was already dead and in the middle of being replaced

I got a promo for half a price first treatment from Mike salesman and co-owner (not), as usual and as explained by co-owner the treatment has 3 steps, the dry pellets fertilizer, the liquid fertilizer that is applied with a hose from the truck and spot treatment with a back pack for weeds.
I was in the house for the first treatment and observed the entire process from the time they pulled over and they only spot treated with a back pack and left shortly after the invoice left in my door showed a full service with many many gallons supposedly applied to my lawn, I thought they ran out of fertilizer

It was the worst experience in my life with the grass started since Ultra Green did my front and back yard. First of all, nothing of all what they have told me of the results that I will get after their work happened and I mean nothing. They told me that all the empty spot that does not have grass will be filled, they told me that the grass will be rich, and it will turn to a real green and NOTHING happened. Tried the service for about seven months but it really didn't work for me. I wore it like I was supposed to but really didn't see any results. I know it's probably pretty difficult but I still expected after seven months to see some change. In some spots for me it actually got worse so ended up having to put sod down. Well when I got ready to get sod put down I found I had chinch bugs after I thought my yard was being treated for months. The customer service was really good and the guys that came out weird nice and knowledgeable as well. That's why I'm giving the business

Our front lawn went from green (with another company) to brown and dead in the span of a few months with Ultragreen. I spoke to a supervisor who informed me they would not be replacing the sod, and that, in their estimation it was not due to their neglect, but instead blamed us (homeowners). Explanation - we set watering times too often (20mins at 4 am 5 days a week). This was during the dry season, plants that border the lawn and lawn itself was thriving at this setting before Ultragreen took over. Further, the damage occurred only in the front lawn - sides and back lawn are still green,
