Justin came out within 2 business days to look at our AC and was able to tell us it was beyond repair (which we kind of knew). They gave us a quick estimate and did a fantastic job! The installation went so smoothly. They showed up everyday, worked so diligently and always ended the day by making sure everything was clean and picked up. The unit passed inspection and the inspector complimented the quality and cleanliness of the install. I would highly recommend this company.

What a local gem of a company!! I called after our AC went out in the middle of a heat wave, the owner Sydney answered and was able to come out the following morning. What a nice guy and so I knowledgable- he's been doing this for 30 years. In 30 minutes he diagnosed the problem and got it fixed! He also had a young trainee with him and I loved watching and hearing how he walked him through what he was doing- can tell he's a great leader and boss. If you are experiencing any heating or cooling problems, they are your guys!!

This was the third place I called when my wall heater decided to stop working one night. The owner came all the way out to fix it for me the day I called and when he wasn’t feeling well, because he knew there was a storm coming and he didn’t want me to be cold. Sidney and his team installed a new HVAC system in my home. They completed the project in just a few days, They were on time and very clean. I had several estimates, including from one of the major do it yourself centers, and their price was very reasonable - installing top grade equipment. Further, they have been very responsive to any questions and even dropped after hours to address an issue with my smart thermostat. Nothing bad to say, just completely satisfied. I highly recommended Straightline!

At the end of summer, my AC unit outside was making some whining noise. Straight Line came out and checked it out. Said the fan motor was going out. Since Straight Line did my new ducting a couple of years ago and my unit was 20 years old, I decided to get a new AC Unit instead of repairing it. Not only did I get a great price on a new Trane, it was way more energy efficient and is going to save me money. Sidney scheduled the install and they were out on time and completed it the same day. Lots of work and it was getting hot outside, but they did a great job.

I called Sydney late morning a few weeks ago to have him give me a quote on a new heater and air conditioner. He came within a couple of hours. He new exactly what my house needed. I had gotten a quote earlier that day that was twice as much as Sydney’s quote and they weren’t even going to replace the air conditioner cooling lines. When Sydney saw what I had he said everything would be brand new, even the cooling lines. Sydney was very professional. These guys did a great job with my home heating and cooling system. Sydney did and energy evaluation and recommended that we change a few things on my heat and AC unit to improve efficiency. My house is an older two story house with little attic ventilation so he recommended a temperature controlled automatic attic fan and a Tamarack remote controlled whole house fan. With these great improvements I hardly need to run my AC and when I do, it can actually cool down the house in a much shorter period of time. They really helped dramatically improve the efficiency of heating and cooling my home. Thank

They installed a new forced air heating system and air conditioning unit in a home I bought last year in Paso Robles.
First off, they came in several hundred dollars under the other two local estimates I had gotten for this project. They also were very honest with me about the condition of my existing ducting, even though it didn't make them any additional money on the job (another very prominent company in the area came in and added over $2000.00 to their estimate to basically re-duct the house when it was fine).
