This is my go-to heating and a/c repair guys. They are fast, fair and are NOT reps for equipment, so you won't get the recommendation that you need to replace the whole thing. I had an old house/furnace that they had to hunt down parts for. It took them a few days but they tracked down the part and were able to make the repairs for a reasonable price. I highly recommend Hutch!

I'm afraid I have to downgrade my earlier review of Hutch Heating and Air. On 7/30/2020, I called them at 7:30am regarding an issue with my AC not blowing cold air. By 9am no one had called me back so I called again, still no callback by 10am. Since the house was already in the low 80s inside I started looking for someone else.
By the time, Hutch called me back it was 5pm and I had already gotten a diagnosis and date for a fix.
I needed a new unit.
I will never call Hutch Heating and Air again. I wasn't expecting instant service but I was expecting a callback in a timely manner.

These guys are the real deal. They are local boys with a strong work ethic and very fair. Jay is the owner and has a bunch of great guys who have been working with him for years. They are like a family. And they treat their customers like they are part of their family, too.

I want to say how happy my wife and I are with the service we received today. The Service man arrived right on the time we were told. He was very professional and explained everything. WOW! When you deal with a 5 star company like Hutch Heating and Air Inc. you really feel the difference. I can't stress how professional, knowledgeable and honest these folks are. They are family owned and operated and have an amazing crew of dedicated employees. These are the guys you call when the guy you called first screwed things up so bad you never thought your AC would work again. That's exactly what happened to me. I had water running out of light fixtures on the ceiling under the AC unit. I could see this was a condensation from the AC not draining properly! So I called a large outfit in the area. Their finding was my AC condensation pan was rotted out and I needed a new unit. They wrote me up a bid of $23,000 to replace my 20 year old AC/heater. I thought that was rather outrageous so I wanted another bid, a friend suggested I call

In the midst of an extreme heat wave, when all other companies in the county couldn't come out for a week, Jared at Hutch Heating and Air came out the next day. We were prepared to pay thousands of dollars to replace the entire unit but Jared was able to fix the problem for well under $150. He was friendly and efficient. We will be customers for life.

I had arranged a time and date for an estimate to replace our heating system and ducting. The individual from Hutch failed to show at the agreed upon time. When I contacted him he had not written down our appointment. He seemed very disorganized. Based on our conversation I decided to not pursue a bid from them.
