What a great experience! Ethan and his team were extremely professional, clean, and respectful. They really know what they are doing and exceeded our expectations with product quality, quick system install, follow up, and great attitude...it was a true pleasure all around.
(They even replaced our old vent covers at no extra charge.) Wish we could give them 10 stars, they deserve it!

We have had multiple interactions with Ethan and his very professional team. From repair of 1964 Gas heater, to install of brand new REZNOR Gas heaters, to install of complete Split AC system, Design Air's work is top notch. They are responsive to trouble calls, and easy to work with from scheduling to payment options. My highest recommendation.

My upstairs A/C was mysteriously not cooling at our B&B and I called Design Air to setup an appointment as soon as possible. Ethan came out the next day and found that all of our refrigerant had leaked out. He traced the leak back to the coil in the attic so we arranged a time early the following week to replace it. They replaced the coil and refilled the refrigerant quickly and professionally (and timely too as we were just trying to reopen our B&B after the Coronavirus shutdown).
We were full that weekend and all went well but late the following week, as we prepared for the next weekend's guests

Design Air installed a heat pump system and additional ducting in our house to replace our furnace only/no AC system. Olga runs the office and schedules the work and is very sharp and friendly. Ethan and helper Chris are the technicians who do the estimating and install. Ethan has years of experience, not just in HVAC, but everything related to getting the job done. Ethan and Olga founded Design Air so you are dealing directly with the owners.

Based on a neighbor's referral, we called Design Air Heating and Air Conditioning to check out our central heating system which was not working. They were on-time, friendly and professional. They determined the need to replace the circuit board which they did quickly and at a reasonable rate. Even better, when I called to say (mistakenly) that our heater was putting out cold air, Ethan came out on Christmas Eve to take a look. Turns out I've been using my system incorrectly for years. Ethan, was really kind in explaining what the problem was - and didn't even charge me for the call! SO awesome

Design Air did a wonderful job on my duct fixing and air conditioner and heater installation. They had a wonderful price on their bid and they were very professional in their service. My wife wanted the air conditioner and I wanted all my ducts checked out. Design air did a good job on both. I suggest everyone have their ducting checked. My house was built in 1988 and there were many very bad leaks in my ducting. Ethan, the owner and Chris his fabulous installer did a wonderful job making sure all my leaks were fixed and my ducting was working correctly. I am sure that before they came I was blowing

Look no further! We talked to 5 companies to get quotes and these guys had outstanding knowledge, hard/clean work and the very best attitude. They showed up when they said they would, hit us a quote quick and didn’t leave till the job was done (even though they ran in to some unexpected things). They are SO good!!
