The whole experience was pleasurable from start to finish. Their selections are amazing. Their workers are efficient and great. Did our whole kitchen/dining room gut and remodel In 2 weeks. Claire and her whole team did everything to make the whole process seamless. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

The experience with Amazon Stone left something to be desired. I ordered backsplash from them and they didn’t order it. When I finally figured out that they hadn’t ordered it I had them actually “order” it. It took forever to come in. I had started looking at other options in the event it didn’t come in and had my heart set on something else but I went ahead and picked up the order when it finally came in. I asked if it was returnable in the event I decided to go another route and was told yes, as long as the boxes have not been opened. However when I did try to return it I was told they

I really enjoy working with Jackie (and her parents) here. It is a family owned business, and they treat you like you're important! Selection is very good and growing all the time.

Sometimes bigger is not always better. We purchased our countertops, cabinet painting and sink from this Company. We had to wait over 2 months for the counter to be cut which was not a problem but the measurements were not correct when they came out and our sales person Jackie was very sweet but needed more help with this order. They used a Contractor to paint the Cabinets and they were not on the same page with the Company as to what needed to be done, he had to come back multiple times to get the Cabinets correct. It is very painful to do a full kitchen but in the end the Company made it right

Well, we decided to go with Amazon Stone for a complete kitchen remodel. The experience was great. The attentiveness and service provided by Jackie who managed our project, and Victor and Francisco who did all of the work has been outstanding. Project took longer than we thought it would but we are very happy with the work, the service and the final product. Would recommend Amazon Stone for your kitchen remodel, and we are considering them for a bathroom remodel next.

We visited several places around Atlanta to find the perfect countertop for our kitchen remodel. We found just the right piece AND great customer service all at Amazon Stone. Amanda was patient to explain the benefits of the different kinds of stones, finishes, etc. They didn't try to talk us into upgrades, additional products or installation procedures we neither wanted nor needed, a contrast to some other area businesses. Saved $1,000 compared to another area competitor for similar product. 15-year seal warranty an assurance with quartzite/marble:)

Amazon Stone replaced my kitchen and bathroom counter tops with wonderful granite. It is beautiful. The price was right. The service was exceptional!! I would recommend them every day of the week. They also installed the sinks. Fantasy service with a wonderful product.

We visited a bunch of places to find the right granite. Many of the places we visit were always trying to push exotic stones. It turns out most places carry the same stones from the same quarries. So, the goal is to find people you like working with. Gisa at Amazon Stone was awesome. She helped find great granite AND stay in our budget.

Be wary of this company if your job is not large and looking to spend thousands. Yeah they might do a great job BUT they don't want to mess with the small projects. I got an in-store estimate based on dimensions then they sent out an estimator and he said it wasn't worth his time based on the price. Look elsewhere if you're needing a small job completed!
