In 2005, David and Michelle Dobbins moved to Greenville with a plan to start a new heating and cooling business that would treat customers like actual family. We planned to provide excellent quality work at a terrific value. We've stuck to this plan to keep our company small and efficient with a family-like atmosphere.
David started learning heating and cooling work as a helper in high school. After his military service, he became a full-time HVAC tech. After work he likes to workout at the gym, spend time with his wife and four kids and travel. Michelle enjoys doing the marketing, taxes and paying the bills for Precision.

Precision was great at first. They were always responsive and quickly replaced the air handler and condenser of my heat pump. The air conditioner initially worked very well and had no issues. They continued to tell me that the heat would not work and the thermostat needed to be reprogramed to get the heat to work to "energize the B terminal." Precision came out, took a look, and then wanted me to have my home automation company come out to reprogram the thermostat. So I spent another $50 for a service call to get this done and it STILL didn't work after a reprogram.

My AC stopped working and I called Precision. They sent Larry out first thing in the morning. He arrived on time, quickly identified the problem and explained it to us. Larry is great - low key, courteous, experienced and credible. Very helpful with advice and options - no hype or hard sell. Just the facts. The fix was done and reasonably priced. Precision’s responsiveness and dispatch process is first class. I will definitely use them again!

We cannot say enough great things about Precision Heating & Cooling and Larry who helped us out! On Sunday evening we noticed that our heat went out. We called Precision Heating & Cooling Inc and Larry was at our house within the hour where he diagnosed that we needed a new HVAC system. We knew this was likely coming as ours was close to 30 years old. Since it was a late Sunday night, they couldn't replace the system that night; thus, Larry drove all the way back to their shop to pick up some heaters for us to use during the night. Larry and John were back the next morning where the spent the day
