Corey and his team did a GREAT addition for us in the Historic Oakwood neighborhood. They almost doubled the size of our house. He was on time, and on budget and worked well with our architect to make sure things were done right. Its been 18 months since they finished and nothing has leaked/broken yet! I would not hire any other contractor.

We own a small house, but live in a neighborhood we love, so when my wife got pregnant we knew the only options was adding on an addition.
We started out by getting quotes and honestly every quote was above what I was budgeting for, but as we started to meet with the contractors we were able to get it down to just two that we liked.
One of those was Giddens Construction. While they were kind of in the middle as far as price goes, Corey (the owner) was very fast to get back to me and got me a quote in only a couple of days. We also really liked the fact that almost all of the work done was done

We have utilized Giddens's Construction from minor home repair to a major mother-in-law extension. The crew is professional and courteous always willing to go the extra mile. Mr. Giddens is a breath of fresh air, always honest and straight forward. We never wondered about hidden cost or no-shows. We would highly recommend Giddens Construction. Giddens Construction has done excellent work for us at our home. We had them build a large screened porch, a small pool deck, and do some minor renovations inside our house. This is a great group of men, with Corey Giddens as the head of the company. I would recommend Corey and his crew for any kind of construction you may want done. They have also done work for several family members, as well as for people in and around our community. Great company!
