We purchased our new home February of 2021. Within the first month of owning the home we had 4 different leaks from the roof including a porch roof that would leak any time it rained. We got ahold of Greenawalt asking if someone would quote us. We called 9 different roofing companies. Somehow this is the only company that got back to me. I tried multiple times with the other companies with no response. Greenawalt came out and quoted us. The process was very simple. They explained everything so there were no questions. Greenawalt repaired fire damaged siding on my house and shed and also replaced the shed roof. Even though the materials were delayed multiple times, Greenawalt always let me know the status and updated me on when the job would start. The repairs look great and matches the original. Highly recommend.

Start to finish, everything about Greenawalt was professional, clear, and helpful. They care about what they do and provide excellent customer service. Couldn't be happier with the finished result. But here's the kicker: when paperwork and the back-end got complicated, their office staff was super positive, helpful and attentive. That's as important as a job well done.

Greenawalt Roofing did a great job replacing our roof in December 2019. On Sunday night we had a brief but damaging storm, with high winds and heavy rain. On Monday, I noticed an aluminum trim fascia covering had been detached during the storm, partly hanging from the roof peak. Greenawalt came Monday afternoon and replaced the piece, probably a 30 foot section. Special thanks to Moses and Ian for their responsiveness. What a great team and company!

From the very first day we contacted Greenawalt, it was an amazing experience! Our Representative Jeremy was wonderful! He took over and tried to get our Insurance company to pay for wind and hail damage to our roof, but our roof was considered too old, so we decided to get the estimate of the roof replacement. We got the estimate and decided it was a great price! The day of installation, the guys, dumpster and crane to lift shingles up to the roofers were all here when I was told they would be. Greenawalt roofing co. Installed a totally new roof with skylights at my existing residence. They also installed a sheet metal roof at the bay window. All their work was excellent and was performed in a timely manner. A problem with new drip edge to existing gutter was encountered, but Greenawalt promptly diagnosed the problem and repaired it. Their sales engineer followed the project from the beginning to the end and was greatly appreciated.
