After our first discussion, we invite you to our office for a free one-hour consultation to discuss the details of your new custom home or project. We will then schedule a site visit and begin to measure out the site. The next phase involves developing floor plans and elevations of your project and examining any specific issues related to building on your property.

Two disabled people living in Carefree, AZ area used this company to add a bedroom in a garage area for a nanny to help them with their small children. The original contract (dated 10-25-17) was fine, any changes made Verde astronomically over charged them. Her husband passed away January 2018 who was handling the job and his wife was totally lost being disabled herself. She was a good friend from high school she asked me to help her. NOT RECOMMENDED!
Took the day off from work to meet this company at my home today at noon. Appointment was made over a week ago.
At 11:15 I get a phone call advising me they can't make it. Really? One lame excuse after another. No time for sub-par businesses like this. They cost me money today. Not happy!
Glad I didn't hire them. Could have been a disaster based on how unprofessional they appear to be.
