The A/C was not turning on and after a couple of hours of trying to figure it out myself I started calling various, highly-rated Angie's List HVAC companies in the area. I had left messages with a couple of other companies but Dennis was the first to actually answer the phone. He said that someone would be out to our house within a couple of hours which seemed quite reasonable on a Saturday afternoon.

Called Friday afternoon with sort of an unusual request. Got an estimate over the phone and he said they'd be out next week. Came out the NEXT MONDAY at a time that WORKED FOR ME! Did the job for less than the estimate. Good people, good company. 100% would recommend. Your mileage may vary, but I am super happy with the results!

Called when my furnance was not working, Dennis did a great job explaining what was possibly wrong and was able to find a replacement part to get it back up and running within a couple of hours. Would definitely use them again if I had issues.

Blizzard came to my rescue when my furnace stopped working. I had gotten a quote from another company who was trying to sell me a new furnace, which I did not need. It can be scary when you're in a position to make a snap decision like that, you feel like you're at the mercy of the contractors. Lucklily, a friend from work told me about Blizzard and I got a second opinion. They fixed my furnace, saving me thousands of dollars. There are some companies you can trust out there, and Blizzard is one of them.

We called on the hottest day of the year after our air conditioner stopped working. Within hours, Dennis arrived to save the day. He was courteous, worked fast, was extremely knowledgeable, and provided his services at a fair price. I have already recommended his services to a good friend and I would do so again in a heartbeat.

Can't say enough nice things about Dennis. I called 20 different places on a Saturday when my AC died- Dennis was one of them, but he was the only one that called me back! He was here Monday, super friendly, explained things in a way I could understand, and ultimately fixed my unit for 50% the cost of some of the "big name" companies I had look at it. We're not calling anyone else!

I have had Denny at my house twice. Each time I called at 8 am and he was out at my house that afternoon to fix my air conditioning. I had been told by other companies it would take them a week to get to me! He stayed in close communication throughout the process letting me know when he was coming and exactly what was going on. He went the extra mile and cleaned my unit each time. The second time, even though the issue was not his fault, he did not charge me. I cannot recommend him highly enough! Definitely will use again!

So happy with Blizzard. Easy to deal with. Completed the work in less though an hour. They came during some hot days in the spring to fix the AC, then I couldn't use it because the next day was so cold. When I tried it out, the furnace started leaking. They came back and immediately found the problem and fixed it. It was a clogged up hose . Clogged because I put heavy stuff on the hose.
I would recommend them highly.

Denny was very fast and knowledgeable about our furnace. He was very friendly and explained everything and even gave advice on how to better use our equipment. He was super responsive on the phone and was able to fit me in right away with no problems. I would definitely use this company again. We are very satisfied.

My A/C unit started acting up on a Sunday afternoon in August. I left a message for Blizzard Air and Dennis returned my phone call within minutes. He told me he could come out that day, but it would be much cheaper if I could wait until Monday (much appreciated).
He called first thing Monday morning and was over to the house by 9:30 a.m. He offered great advice, helped with furnace and humidifier filters, cleaned the A/C unit and even helped me level the A/C unit outside (the platform had begun to sink below the rocks).
I would highly recommend Blizzard Air!

I recently bought a house with a very old air conditioning unit. It wasn't putting out much cold air, so I called Blizzard to come and take a look at it. Dennis showed up, right on time, knew exactly what the problem was, and finished the job the job in an hour. He even installed my new programmable thermostat after seeing it (still in the box) sitting on my table. Now that's service!

Today I had my second visit by Blizzard. The first was two years ago. Dennis is fantastic. He is very kind and treats me like he genuinely values me as a customer. Both service calls were positive experiences in that the work and expertise were high quality. But today in particular, I felt like Dennis went above the call of duty and did checks and repairs that I didn't expect or ask for. I feel like he "has my back" in that he wants to do his best for me. The cost is very reasonable and he doesn't upsell or lie. This is a repairman I trust and I will give his name to my massage clients who ask
