Sumner promptly arrived to repair our furnace when it would not ignite on a recent sub zero night. Very friendly, and explained everything he did. Very professional, detailed communication at time of service and follow up e-mail, and thorough job completed at a reasonable price. My new air conditioner was installed exactly as promised, on time, on budget, with courtesy and efficiency.

Sumner did a fantastic job installing a new furnace and AC. Others said we could not have a high efficiency furnace because of the difficulty of exhaust pipes, but Sumner said it can be done. And he did it! We are very happy with his work and will look for more opportunities to hire him.

Sumner is excellent and I couldn't recommend any other HVAC repair company more than Clear Skies. I was selling my house, and needed to have some repairs and maintenance done prior to a quick closing. Sumner was available within days, not the usual weeks from most other companies. He went the extra mile, coming back two days later to personally reassemble a malfunctioning unit, avoiding the need to order replacement parts, after contacting the manufacturing company for the needed mechanical details. He's very reasonably priced and and is very available for clients. And he's local to the Minnetonka

Fantastic service. I called Sumner and he answered on his cell phone (no waiting or dealing with an answering service). Got us scheduled right away. They determined that our coolant levels were low and suspected a leak. Refilled the coolant and conducted a dye test. Determined that the A-Coil was leaking, had a plan to replace right away. Got the A-coil ordered and replaced within a week. The A/C is working GREAT! High levels of responsiveness and quality of work- they also provide text updates on their arrival time and all their payment processes are done via credit card/ cell phone. Really easy

Oh my goodness!! We were blown away by the incredible service and excellent workmanship we received from Sumner! Our Boiler removal and installation was not an easy task. It required a brilliant engineer mind, and Sumner delivered!! He is creative, hardworking, caring, and was able to think outside the box to provide us with years of warmth for a reasonable price! We will be recommending Clear Skies for years to come!
