Our project managers and design team have years of education and experience in their fields. Our project superintendents are highly experienced, highly qualified professionals who put safety and quality as their top priority.
Design-build projects involve general contractors providing project budgets based on a conceptual design provided by the owner. The general contractor's scope of work includes the development of the construction documents (drawings and specifications) necessary for construction. Design costs for design-build projects are generally lower than traditional design-bid-build delivery methods.

Glenn/Turnkey did a tenant finish job for us - it was the worst experience with a “professional” I’ve experienced across many industries. Quick version: they installed the waste line into the grease trap line. His catch phrase was “it’s out of my hands.” Delayed the project nearly 3 months, several times I made calls to “non existent” (according to Glenn) city departments myself to get things taken care of - Example “it was out of his hands that they couldn’t get the electrical up and working, and no one he could call,” I found the number to the Denver Meter Shop in two phone
