Staff from the estimator to the scheduler to the installers were very responsive, we had several last minute changes but they were flexible and patient with our concerns. went out of their way to make sure the gutters were the right color.

Removed and replaced our old gutters with beautiful covered gutters - no more cleaning the leaves out. Had to re-schedule due to rainy weather, but the crew showed up on time, reviewed the project with me and went to work. They were well organized and worked as a team to complete the job promptly with a quality of workmanship that showed pride in their work!

How much do I hate GutterMaxx..let me count the ways!!! Beware! So much for our lifetime warranty. We got all new gutters in 2017, not cheap, had issues with leaks on one of them, very hard to reach for a repair, they never did the repair correctly, we did it ourselves. We just had a storm, one gutter is damaged, I called to get an estimate for a… repair...they "no longer service this area"!! I am Northeast, I got Houston! They gave me another company they said has the same gutter, I called them, they had no clue what I was talking about..."Lies". In other words We are screwed! STAY AWAY

Had these gutters installed in October of 2011 at my home North of Boston and they have worked great and were a good investment until I needed some repairs to them after a Fall windstorm. When I contacted the company I found out that they no longer serve the New England area and that I was just out of luck, even though I had a lifetime guarantee on them. They referred a local company, but when I contacted them they said that they do not work on these types of gutters. When I tried to contact Guttermax again, they basically told me too bad. These gutters are definitely on the high end (which is the reason for 4 vs 5 stars) BUT they do what they're supposed to do--catch and redirect water AND keep me from ever having to climb a ladder to clean out messy leaves. I've had mine for at least 5 years now and I haven't had one issue. The company also did a very good and professional job installing, and I'm extremely picky, especially when it involves my money. The gutters are also just as sturdy and effective as day one. I would definitely recommend this type of gutter as well as this company. Ask for Jay.

I initially reached out to GutterMaxx for a quote but instead of them calling once or twice and leaving a message, they called at least 3-4 times EVERY day for weeks. It felt like being on a telemarketer list. I understand pursuing new business but their solicitation was just ridiculous. Any interest I had in using them for my project vanished around voicemail #5.

I called Gutter Maxx regarding to problems with my gutter, which was installed several years ago( it has lifetime warranty). Tom Jones promptly returned my call and showed up on time to help me out, he is very nice and knowledgeable and reliable, and works very hard to solve my issues. It's not easy to get such reliable and professional contractors these days, I'm deeply impressed!
