Shout out to the two gentlemen who helped hitch my car carrier to my moving truck this morning! I just moved to Denver and my movers wouldn't help me, random guys outside wouldn't help me, and it was too heavy for me to lift it on to the hitch thingy by myself. I was ready to call roadside assistance bc no one else would help but then these two gentlemen decided to help me out and did it in a quick minute. Thank you for the chivalry

Apparently this is another one of "those" companies you know the type. They do a lot of work for Apartments/HOA etc. ETC.
This typically means they have no consideration for residents. Residents have virtually no recourse .
You have these guys show up unexpectedly to do work on your roof and you better hope you are dressed.

I would never use this company again or recommend them. It's been a couple of months since the contract was signed and now my roof is partially complete on a Friday night, waiting for inspection on Monday.
Vance, my company rep, never called me back when I inquired about schedule. When I finally called the insurance company to say I wanted a new roofer, I was told D7 would take me to court because we had a contract. At that point Vance called me back and assured me the roof would be completed that week. Then he called Thursday and said a team was on their way over. They were a no show. So

I have to share the horrible customer service experience. This company roofed the huge apt. complex I live in at the Links at Plum Creek in Castle Rock. On Christmas day we had wind up to 70 miles an hour and a long five foot strip of mettle fell off of the roof and came down like a lightning bult hitting the hood of my sons car. I screamed when I saw it hit the car because it was very scary. just a few more inches to the window and it would of shattered it. We were all half way in the car and we could of been drenched in glass or even hit ourselves.

D-7 Roofing put a new roof on our home, garage and barn in Heber City. They did a fantastic job! Very fast,courteous and clean. Adam is wonderful to work with. They removed the old shake shingle roof, fighting off wasp nests and blazing heat. The property was left extremely clean. This company was contracted by my apartment complex to do some roofing repairs. They had to use my balcony to access the roof to do the repairs. In doing so they completed destroyed my space, damaged over $500 worth of my personal property and left used building materials on my balcony. They were very messy, leaving trash and nails all across the parking lot as well. Many other residents got flat tires. I parked down to street while the work was being completed to try to avoid any nails or falling debris damaging my vehicle. I contacted the leasing office to let them know about the damage that

I am very pleased with this roofing company. They were referred to me by a coworker. Nate Grayson is the project manager that I worked with and he was great! My roof was damaged by the hailstorm in 5/2014. After talking with two guys at two roofing companies who were clueless, wasted my time and didn't help me, as well as calling several roofing companies who never returned phone calls, I received amazing service from Nate. He is very attentive and cares about doing a good job. I am very happy with my new roof. It was installed when promised and Nate was very good about following up with me

Our insurance company told us that we had to replace the existing roof on our house and after some wrangling with them we began looking for a roofing contractor to do the work. This Company is Terrible! DO NOT USE THEM! Their customer service is Awful. Workmanship is below sub par, and the roof was installed incorrectly. I have called, been lied to and now they have com back out to "fix" what is incorrect . Guess what!? They are incorrectly "fixing" their previous mistakes! PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH, AND USE ANYONE ELSE!
