During a rainstorm, an electrician was working in the attic and noticed a leak by the HVAC pipe. We called Steve Decker who personally came out and resealed all the vent pipes on the roof.

The final bill was less than the original quote as the extent of damage was not as bad. I did not go on the roof so I needed to rely on the roofing experts from Decker. Received the good news that I would be charged less. I consider this to highly professional from a business owner who combines integrity and trustworthiness with expertise and follow through.

After doing some research, choosing to put a metal roof on our home was an easy decision (long lasting, energy efficient, fire resistant) and it has turned out to be the best home improvement decision that we've made. The metal roof has done all it promised and has even improved the look of our home, giving it some much needed modern charm. We received very professional service from start to finish. When water started leaking through my ceiling, I hired Steve to rebuild my chimneys. The price he quoted me was much lower than two other estimates I had received. Steve was very easy to work with. After e-mailing him my address, he took the time to come by and take a look even though I told him I couldn't be there. He sent me a detailed estimate, and was happy to answer all of my questions. On the day of the job, Steve came by before the crew arrived and introduced himself. He was pleasant and professional. The crew arrived on time and worked hard all day to get the job done.
