Having just bought a house that needed a new roof, I contacted Mike at Bang It Services on a recommendation from a friend. Mike came to the house within a couple days of my call, ready with a full estimate and aerial photos of the roof. We scheduled the work to begin just a few days later, but had to delay a few days due to weather and Mike's team ended up replacing my roof during Christmas week. They began work exactly when Mike said they would, completed it in the time specified, and did a great job. Jessy supervised the work and was present on site throughout. Work began at 7:30 each morning

Contacted Bang It Services to address a roofing issue at my home. They assigned one of their technicians, Henry, to look at the issue and address. That was when the run around began. After 3 frustrating weeks of just trying to get a diagnosis and a quote of what is needed to fix the roofing problem (including several unreturned calls to Henry) I gave up and went with another roofing company.

We've had nothing but leaking problems since BangIt put on our new roof in 2013. We had none before...with our old roof. But it was old and we didn't want to take chances. We didn't go cheap but they gave us cheap quality...or their subcontractors did. There was not a good response, from the owner, as he seems more concerned with shutting someone up, when reporting on his poor quality work, than fixing the problems. Check reviews carefully before you get a new roof because they're a big investment and having to fix them constantly, after you get a bad one installed, adds more

The Bang It crew has done multiple projects on our home going back to 2009.
Any issue I had was addressed in a timely fashion and professionally.
We have two roofs, (hail both times)
New siding, windows (27) gutters and paint as well as a number of small projects, like front and back doors etc.
I won't hesitate to go with Mike when we do the interior.

Again, you presented yourselves able to do the job before Hurricane Harvey, but right afterwards, you waited until we moved out on November 11th... didn't respond to our texts or emails and then still sent us a contract December 22. Then we reached out to ask when we do the final walk through, which we asked because it actually is written that way in your own contract, before the start of the construction. Of course you offer to do it on a March 2, 2018, after I've written this review. Again, it would have just been common courtesy to have informed us that Bang It Services simply couldn

We hired Bang It for a master bathroom and kitchen remodel. We communicated a budget and they worked very hard to keep us at that number always giving us options. They were very easy to communicate along the way with their frequent updates. We were happy at their pricing and level of communication. We will definitely use them again.

My roof was recently replaced due to wind damage. Mike and his guys were out within a few days after signing the contract and it took them 1 day to finish the entire job.
Just a few weeks later, I gave Bang It another call without hesitation when I had a pipe burst, flood out 2 floors. As soon as my insurance adjuster came out and approved the contract, Mike's team was on the job and fixed it up within 2 days.
Really like that the quotes are broken down so you can see where every penny is
