I called Benjamin Plumbing around 9:00 in the morning. I never expected that I would be able to have someone fix my problem today. Not only was Sampson able to come the same day I called he had my problem fixed within 3 hours of my initial call. He explained what the problem was and showed me the new part he would be replacing. I will definitely be using this company in the future.

Sampson came out to take care of several issues in our new house. The largest item on the list involved cutting through an adjacent bedroom wall. When he got started, he realized it wasn't necessary. He was able to quickly fix the problem and didn't charge me for the item at all. We had already agreed to do that work and he certainly could have just continued. I don't usually write reviews just for people doing their job well but that's the kind of integrity that motivates me to write one.

Very professional, good with advice to save you money. They were out of town when I called them for an emergency repair (ruptured main line pipe under the house), and told me it would be two days before they could come out. Since we are "hurricane prepared" for two weeks, I told them that was fine. They called the next day and said they finished that job and were 30 minutes out, and asked if they could come by for the repair. EXCELLENT SERVICE! Great value for the money. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!

I called Benjamin Plumbing this morning and left a message. I got a call back from Benjamin in about ten minutes. I explained my problem and Benjamin explained to me what the cause was. He had another appointment before me and said he would try to reach me by lunch time. He called me back before lunch time and advised he was headed my way. Once he got here he got to work quickly and resolved my problem which was a bad pressure regulator valve. He even tested my sprinklers that I had hooked up to make sure they worked properly.
