Services
Textured pavement is a cutting edge system which gives the customer the classic look of brick at a fraction of the cost. On the surface it looks like solid brick. It is actually textured asphalt, which is then covered with a durable, skid resistant epoxy. Unlike conventional bricks, this technique requires virtually no maintenance since weed growth is prevented by the non-porous surface.
A few years ago we invested in our own topsoil making machine. Not only does it make great, even topsoil but it's fun to run as well. The loader fills the machine with normal dirt and the machine then processes the dirt. The end product is fine grade topsoil which has few clumps, rakes and shovels easily and allows for better seed germination.
A Gonyo Construction rep will come to your house or business to personally go over your project with you. We will assess the best way to accomplish your goal. Most customers want a re-pave. If the area is in particularly bad shape, it may need to be ripped up (See Question 12 for more info). In the case of a re-pave we clean the driveway and edges.
Photos from an exterior rehab construction project we performed for the Rochester Housing Authority. This project involved creating new back patios, sculpting land, excavating, new concrete flat work with a complicated cutting pattern, drainage solutions, decorative and functional brickwork, gates and a new paved parking lot with striping.
A handful of pictures of asphalt driveway paving projects we've worked on in the Rochester, NY area. We work with dozens of home owners each year to maintain or replace their home driveway. In some instances we can top a customer's driveway with a new layer of ashpalt. In older driveways it may be necessary to remove the old pavement and replace both the old driveway and existing rock work.
