My husband serves in the Army on the other side of the country and had not been home for 6 months. They were neat and despite the rain, uncovering the damaged sill plate, lack of soffit venting, and a difficult door opening they completed the work on time. They communicated the phases and difficulties along the way and made sure I inspected the work.
A: Please have all valuables such as knick-knacks, pictures, furniture, etc. away from the working area's so there is no chance of breakage or any sort of damage. We cannot be held responsible for anything that falls or breaks. Please note that when work begins there will be drywall dust. If this is a concern, we can take extra care at an additional cost.

The installer from Patriot did beautiful work and we love our new vanity. However, we don't plan to work with this company again. We do realize they are under unusual pressures due to the pandemic. But communications with us were unclear and frustrating. Patriot volunteered very little information. Their communications among themselves seemed almost not to exist, so that added to our confusion. Also, we were required to store the new 60" vanity in its big box, as well as its boxed top and other supplies, once everything had arrived at the supplier's. Patriot knew this was likely

We had Matt Batista from Patriot Construction come out to give us a quote on roofing and siding back in March. From the very first I felt a familial type connection with him. Matt is very personable and so easy to work with. We told him our needs and what we wanted. He went above and beyond guiding us to have it done right. We had 4 skylights that were at end of life, so he recommended that we replace them before having a new roof installed because if we waited until afterwards we could compromise the integrity of the roof. So we went that route.

Overall we had a very good experience with Patriot. We purchased a new gas log fireplace from Cricket on the Hearth. They referred us to Patriot. It took a little while for them to return our call but eventually everything worked out. It was quite obvious that they were extremely busy and returning calls timely was a problem.
The actual work done by Nate was outstanding. He was meticulous in his workmanship. He was also extremely patient in going over the options for replacing the tiles and hearth.

I had someone come out to quote a small partial roof replacement and small bathroom ceiling. He said he would get me an estimate in a week. After over a month I called and he admitted he forgot. That's acceptable but, the quote was 5000 dollars for the roof and 2000 dollars for the bathroom ceiling. The insurance company quoted 5000 for the WHOLE job! Bunch of con artist.

Patriot construction just replaced my roof on an insurance claim. The BEST experience I’ve ever had with a contractor by far! 100% impressed/satisfied from start to finish! Matt was fantastic to deal with! It was like I was dealing with an old friend! My installer Tom was phenomenal and he was very professional yet also made me feel like an old friend! Walls were removed, a new kitchen, flooring a huge window, sliding doors and much more. When we asked for changes or added more work their professionalism and expertise made the difference.

Minus 100, if there was that score. they will not show up for work. It's 8 weeks since water leak affecting whole house. They are impossible to deal with. They will not give start or end date.
Now 12 weeks since water leak and they have done NOTHING. They blame me every step of the process, for their inability to do any work. Guess they realized they don't know how to do the work. They DON'T keep their word and don't call back. They create situations that are probably not even true, like asbestos.
I have found a couple of great contractors and appreciate them so much.

One of the best. Complete piece of mind when working with Patriot Construction. Patriot did my new roof and siding while I was away on vacation. I came home to a brand new house. A few years later I had an insurance claim for a water leak in my finished basement. Jan from Patriot worked with the adjuster to point out additional items that needed to be replaced that the adjuster did not consider at first. I highly recommend them for their honesty and commitment to quality workmanship.

March 8, 2017 during the horrible windstorm we lost half of our roof, right down to the plywood. One spot was so weak it caved in to a bedroom and we had a large hole. To make matters worse, I had just suffered a stroke 3 days before and was told to "remain calm and try not get stressed". That was hard to do while watching your shingles flapping in the wind ! Well, we frantically called many places to get an emergency roof cover. The only one who called us back was Patriot. If you're looking for a roofer....
NEVER EVER USE PATRIOT CONSTRUCTION FOR YOUR ROOF. Marty just was up there to check on the chimney because things didn't look quite right. Thank God it didn't tip over or burn the house down. When Patriot did the roof they really screwed up the chimney and brackets. Obviously not putting it back where it was, bending it and just really screwing it up. When they did the roof a few years back they never cut holes for the ridge vent, never patched old vents, didn't cut edge vents, the vendor for the shingles had to come out and tell the owner

Jan Brewster and his Patriot Construction team are top-notch! I needed a gutter replacement and masonry repair done to my home. Jan came to my home and I told him about the issues and he came up with a game plan of what work needed to be done. Outstanding company, head to toe! I have been wanting to have my house re-sided for years. I was having trouble finding a company put something together that fit my vision. Jan and his crew went above and beyond, they even showed me a 3d rendering of what my house was going to look like. Explained to me the difference in costs/quality of siding. His workers were competent and neat, and were very friendly. I cannot put to words how happy I am after having Patriot work on my house so I figured i'd upload a picture. Patriot Construction installed kitchen cabinets and a granite countertop to add a coffee bar to my kitchen. The crew showed up on time, had great workmanship, were nice, and cleaned up when they were done. I am very pleased with their work and will definitely hire them again for any future projects.

I have had this company install all new siding, replace some windows and do a major indoor renovation job for me in the past few years. They were really terrific. The crew was great and did a wonderful job. They have consistently addressed any questions or needs that I had regarding these projects. Contacted PC for a siding job. Rep came out, took measurements and told me that someone from the office will contact me in a day or two to set up an appointment for me to come in and go over details and options for the job. Eight days later I get a call !! EIGHT DAYS !! REALLY?!! Apparently punctuality is not important with this company. Told rep on the phone that I was not interested. Went with a lesser known company that did what they said they were going to do when they said they'd do it.
