HyBar Windows and Doors does commerical and luxury residential homes. We also do full services of repairing and replacing on all parts of your windows and doors. Come visit our showroom to get your new plans figured out. When you call we will discuss your service issues with you over the phone and schedule a convenient time for a Service Technician to visit your home.

I contacted the company several times over a period of one week. Used chat and left voice mails at the reception, sales and service department. No one bothered to call me back after one week. The only one who responded is the person behind the chat but all that she does is forward the request without any result.
If this is the way the company communicates with a potential new customer then all faith is gone in them.

BUYERS BEWARE!!! This is the most UNETHICAL, DISHONEST and UNPROFESSIONAL company!!!
Read their proposal very carefully before you sign on the dotted line as your signature on the proposal becomes a binding contract!! Look at the smallest print at the bottom of the proposal you literally need magnifying glass... although not illegal but very deceiving!!
After making a commitment with them the communication literally cease to exist no return phone calls, emails, or text messages. When you finally get a hold of someone and complain you can be sure it&apos

We have been suffering with our glass sliding door not working well at all for way too many years. Finally I called high bar and in no time they had it fixed and it moves with the finger. It is better than it’s ever been since we moved into this house. Thank you high bar for fixing our glass sliding door. You guys were exceptionally nice too

We recently had a very large patio door installed by Hy-Bar. The entire process from the initial consultation and coordinating with the office, to the installation was wonderful. The entire staff are true professionals. They charge fair prices and their work and customer service are beyond excellent. Sad. I had someone come out to my residence to give me an estimate on a job that would be well over 25,000 dollars. I called in on 3 occasions and also reached out via online chat. Every phone call relayed bid was coming today. I said no worries just let me know what's going on. Two months later, no response. Clearly there's no way in the world I'm going with this company. Can't even imagine what would occur if you signed a contract.

Very happy with our Hy-Bar experience! Their tech Jordan was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He came to our home and evaluated our sliding door issue and gave a recommendation on how to fix the issue which involved replacing our slider rollers with smaller ones to help with the sliding issue.
We consulted two other glass companies who suggested completely replacing our door which would have cost $2000-$3000.
We trusted Jordan and went with the smaller rollers and the issue has been resolved! Our over-sized slider moves with no more grinding. We also had a pleasant experience with Hy

Their customer service is friendly and helpful. Jeff gave me a quote on the work requested and that's exactly what I paid.
The glass arrived a few days earlier than expected.
On the first visit Marlon performed the sliding glass door repair for us. It was difficult to move the door before, and now I can open it with my little finger.
For the second visit Marlon and Jordan replaced the glass in our sliding glass door. The glass looks great, the area was left nice and clean

The team showed up on time and went right to work. They listened to my issue (I had 4 windows that needed repair) and immediately began working taking apart the windows and checking each one to assess what was causing the problem. Within minutes they had removed, checked, adjusted, lubercated and replaced a part or two and had all the windows back together functioning fine.

Flawless from scheduling to service. Marlon was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and clean. Our sliding glass door required a very strong heave to open. Marlon approached and completed the job skillfully. The low price I was quoted was the low price I paid. Now our door opens with ease. I highly recommend Hy-Bar and will use them again as needed.

Hy-Bar sent a tech to our home within 24 hours to see why our front door and the fire door between the house and garage were sticky and hanging slightly askew. The installer, Jordan, was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to fix both doors by replacing the short screws in the frame with a long screw. Now, our fire door closes on its own (as code requires) and the front door opens smoothly. He also put in weatherstripping. We are so pleased with getting this done and done right!

Hy-Bar Windows & Doors sent a technician within 24 hours to fix a vintage sliding glass door prior to a real estate closing. The technician knew about the Charlie Bar, and that the lock knob had to be twisted to the right and down in position. He also lubricated and cleaned the metal door slide pieces. The fee was extremely reasonable too, and the technician was friendly and professional. We recently needed to replace a window because of condensation, as well as a few other window issues. We went with HyBar and glad we did. Their service rep Marlon was excellent. I was impressed because he did not try to talk me into fixing anything that was unnecessary. The delivery and installation was also excellent. Our home was well cared for and he left things exactly as they were once done. Also there was no exterior damage to anything. Well as you see we were happy with HyBar amd their rep. Rating I can't even give them a rating worst people they are thieves and robbers they make you sign an agreement knowing that they do horrible horrible service they cheated me out of $238 they broke off a spring hinge and now I have my door off my hinges getting it repaired by someone else don't ever sign a receipt from Hybar that's what they do I'm cursing them their business their workers and everything about them and I hope they shut down real soon..

I needed an emergency door boarding-up and door replacement. I understand businesses have many customers and commitments, but it took 3 days to send someone to get there and although I asked for a means for the wood to be opened, it was just screwed in place and cost a hefty amount. Also, they took a large fee to plan a replacement, and although the very pleasant receptionist said she would have the service manager call me to discuss the door replacement on three occasions, no one ever called.
