DO NOT USE!! I scheduled them for a while home move and ended up with a dent on on my refrigerator and chunks taken out of a dresser. The dresser was repaired. But we were only given a small amount for the refrigerator damage, that doesn't even cover half of the repair. Also, I was charged for the guys and one of the guys that showed up, I later found out, was the owner. All he did was pick up a couple small shoe boxes and pointed at things for his other guys to get. He was very rude to me, my wife and everyone else that was at my house that day and acted like I did something wrong when I tried

Moved to another small place closeby in Aug '21 and the morning slot which they recommend. Made the reservation with their very sweet secretary for the next week. All charges were upfront and clear. I was given options if I had any specific fragile items which I didn't. They (3 guys) arrived and set to work on a very hot day. Honestly, they worked really hard and I got moved in the two hours they estimated it would take. The foreman was nice, direct, and honest. When I move again I know who to call.

Horrible services by them,I would not get them again.
I had requested their services for us to move,they came in late and only send two guys.One of the guys was rude and I’m guessing he was hangover that he was throwing up outside our house like twice.
Very un professional and was expecting a tip after he was upset because he didn’t get the tip he deserved.

I scheduled an appointment to be the afternoon move. We had everything ready. They were scheduled between 12-1. At 1:41 pm they called to tell us it would be 5-6 pm or the next morning before they could get to us. My first thought is surely if there was that much to do at the morning move you’d think they would call earlier in the day. We were left to go rent a truck and move ourselves. If you don’t have the ability to do that, I wouldn’t choose B&S to move you, if you want to move when scheduled!

Have used B&S twice for moves and both times they were there right on time, moved everything I needed in a good and efficient manner, did not damage anything and were done faster and sooner than the bid I was given. Scott runs a first class moving company and I would highly recommend them to anyone in the Pasadena, Deer Park or surrounding areas!
