Got a question? Are you itching to learn more about Fazzolari? Wanna hire us on the spot to build that 37,000 square foot cabin you've always dreamed of? Give us a ring. We'd love to chat and answer any questions you might have. The majority of mid-century modern homes are mid-century not-so-modern anymore.
Our goal, with this particular home, was to utilize contemporary building materials while holding true to the house's roots, yielding a sleek jump into an entirely new century. Living on the edge of the forest where bears, bobcats and bats are all part of the neighborhood, a ground-up renovation of a mid-80s contemporary home wasn't nearly as scary as it might have been.
Way out there - almost in another hemisphere, it seemed - this project required us to build during snowstorms. Not your typical construction weather, but then this isn't your typical house. How do you bring a 1970's design relic into the 21st century? Knock out some walls, throw out everything, including the kitchen sink, and then modernize the bellbottoms out of it.

Services
We may build custom homes, but we're really in the people business. In other words, while swinging hammers is certainly important, we never lose sight of the fact that a home's real foundation is the trust you've placed in us. No two ways about it, we want you to love your home. But equally important to us is that you're pleased with the process.
What people say about you matters. Sometimes it's not all good, but we're thankful, and a bit proud of the fact that nearly every one of our clients has a few nice words for us when the hammering has stopped. That's a pretty big deal, given the disruptive, messy, time-consuming and expensive process builders put people through.

Despite strong reviews I would look elsewhere. We had them lay down new plywood for a deck membrane. The reason for this was an incorrect slope and water pooling. At the consult they measured it multiple times and even went to get a longer level. We thought we had a good contractor.
Ten thousand dollars later and we still have water pooling along with a multitude of excuses. My favorite was “we weren’t told to do that.”
I’d be suspicious of the reviews and awards. They have a social media person on staff to make things look great. Their response to a great review above says “we look

We used John to build our custom home and we couldn't be happier. There are always a lot of choices to make and challenges to face when building something that has never been built before but the care and attention we received from John and his crew was second to none. He made the experience very enjoyable and the quality of workmanship and his subs was very good. What I really appreciated about working with John was his level of openess and honesty. If things got challenging or there were problems to solve he was right there with solutions. His level of communication is above and beyond what I

I need a consultation for a large 200k+ remodel project on a house I was trying to purchase. They required a $250 fee to cover the cost of the consultation in this scenario. It was a huge waste of money.
First off, the estimate was late and past the promised date. Not a deal breaker because I still had time during feasibility window. However the estimate was 150% more than what we had talked about with no explanation. The services provided were limited to looking at the outside of the house, talking, and providing a VERY rough estimate with no custom detail whatsoever.

John Fazzolari & his team are Fabulous! I highly recommend them as they are honest & professional. He, his team, & his sub contractors have great work ethic & take pride in their work & relationships with the client & builder. You can’t go wrong with Fazzolari homes!
There are a lot of bad builders/contractors out there (we found out the hard way) but you won’t regret hiring Fazzolari homes!
