Called this Locksmith on a weekend for a jammed door lock and it cost $250 to fix. I had no problem paying for a weekend job, but here we are 3 months out and the same bolted lock replaced by this company went out. It is now a Monday morning and they charged me $150 to tighten up a bolt that was never placed correctly the first time. It was a different locksmith this time and he said "it was never installed properly." Why should I have to pay for something that was never installed the right way the first time! I just got ripped off. Will never do business with this company again

Welp after months of putting the lock back on after falling off week after week for almost 9 months the lock finally broke and decided to have the post office come out and fix the lock causing us to have to put our mail on hold for a week until they could come out. I tried giving this company the benefit of the doubt but our mail carrier and the person who came out to fix it via USPS both agreed it wasn't the proper lock for our box and it wasn't placed on properly. Waste of money. I don't recommend this company.

Reception girl who answered phone is rude and doesn't explain much on the price. She just said it will be 29.99 plus labor. Guy was at my place in 45 minutes and took 8 minutes to unlock door. Ended up costing me $187 dollars. That's insane there was not much labor in opening it. What a rip off. Won't use this company again, very decieving.

Amazing! He came over so quick and unlocked my room door immediately without any hassle at all. There was also miscommunication when I called the first time and he offered to come over and do it for free! I'm so, so happy and impressed with how nice and fast he was. Nice experience overall. They have competitive prices but you definitely should have the competitors prices ready for them to match. The gentleman told me this business has been around for 3 years now and was eager to earn my business. Definitely felt like the guy who came over was a hard worker and I was happy with the job he did. It took about 40 minutes to change out 4 locks and I was given 4 sets of keys. I would definitely recommend them for anyone who need to get their locks changed in the area.

Just had our locks rekeyed by don and the service we had was quick! He said he would be there at a certain time and he definitely was. There was no waiting whatsoever. He did it in less than 30 minutes. 2 locks plus our mailbox.. if you're looking for a locksmith..No need to get quotes from other locations. Don is quick, friendly, and services he offers are at a great price!
