Claremont Police Department just hosted their "Etch & Catch Catalytic Converter Theft Prevention Event" where Sanders did the etching. I signed up to get all 4 of my family's cars etched that day and the event went so smoothly. Thank you Sanders! Chris and Morgan were so wonderful! They were so quick and friendly and I really appreciated when Chris said he had to etch one of my cars in 3 different locations because the catalytic converter on that car was so large! Thank you for taking the time to do that! Both workers were so great! Thank you!

Please read all of the way through. Sanders ROCKED!! Took my car in to get a new spare key chipped. When they went to program the code, the electrical system took a really bad dive. Long story short the car had to be taken over to the dealership to be straightened out. As it turned out, there was an aftermarket alarm that had been put on by the dealership where we bought the car that was incompatible with the other chips that were in it. It was only by luck that this didn't become an issue before. There was no way that Sanders or I could have known that this would have happened.

When I was a kid, there was a key maker in a very small, stand alone building up the street from us. The building looked like a tiny house and the man, a slight, demure, vertically-challenged gentleman in his 60's, would read the newspaper in there all day. Every once in a while, my mom would go get keys and I loved going with her to say hello to the man in his little house. I'd stand on my tippy toes and watch his machine whirr and buzz until a shiny new key plopped out of it.

Recently moved into a new home and needed to re-key. Called Sanders and scheduled an appointment. Customer service was very helpful. Eric, the technician that was sent over was very helpful as well. Provided different options for what we needed and was very quick. Great experience overall and would definitely refer them.

Awesome place. I had to come out here to get my key cut for 2006 Honda Civic. Most places I called were charging $45 and over. Best price I found was here for $35. Clean and quick. Their staff is great too! Super friendly and super helpful with everything. I was referred to this place so I knew it couldn't let me down

My Italian Bellucci purse ... After our truck was broken into and the passenger lock was busted we found this place to get it fixed. Not only was all the staff polite they were very professional and the entire time that I was there all made sure that I was being helped. My wife's battery went dead. Allan showed up with a much appreciated mask. He tested the battery and determined it was in need of replacement. He noticed the battery had a AAA sticker on it and suggested we call AAA to inquire about a warranty. As it turns out the battery was under complete warranty and was replaced at no charge.
I would of never thought to ask. What a great, professional outfit.

Today I was searching around for a locksmith. My 2002 Toyota Tacoma's ignition went out. Even my door locks were bad. Called triple A and they sent out their locksmith.
After about a hour, John had everything fixed and in great factory condition with a warranty. Now that's fantastic service. I'm impressed.

We had our front door's lock break and couldn't get in nor out of the house. They were able to get our door opened and the lock changed in record time. It was a stressful experience made so much better by the service we were provided.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience. AAA dispatched this company to me...needed a completely new car key made. In the rain. At night time. I was tired and just thinking about waiting the estimated 90 minutes made me sad. John from Sanders Lock and Key showed up in about half the estimated time and was super fast, professional, and very personable despite the horrible weather. Everything was easy. I'm not surprised this company has awesome reviews, and I'm happy to give them another 5-star rating.
