I caution anyone thinking of working for this company. The office does not handle their side of the work appropriately so the shop and field workers are held accountable for correcting those mistakes/ issues. No management accountability whatsoever, they push blame on the employees. Absolutely do not think of questioning anything... you will be fired on the spot. Couldn't even answer a simple question like, "What is my pay because my paycheck stubs doesn't reflect my wage?" They seem to think they own people rather than having employees.

Beware of working for this company... they will use you, abuse you, and not take any blame on themselves. The office does not prepare ahead for jobs and expects their employees to pick up the pieces to produce this "quality product" as stated in an owner's response on a previous review made by a former employee. A great example... when an employee asks what they are being paid and are being told "we're restructuring" as the response to that question for weeks, there is a HUGE issue! Nobody should be expected to bend over backwards and be treated like they are owned rather than employed and certainly

Shady shoddy business to work for. Beware they will ask you to "bend" the law. They will tell you what you want to hear to get you in the door then the other shoe drops. Lies drama surrounds this place and it starts with the owners. I tried to leave a review on glassdoor but no luck finding them. Broken promises and missed deadlines are what this place is known for.
