Very unprofessional. Left broken glass all over the street in front of my neighbors and my drive way. I called the company to tell them about it and they said they would sent someone out to clean it up but nobody ever showed up. Now it’s just getting run over by cars all day. I wish I could give negative stars. This company is a joke. We remodeled our bathroom and used them to install the glass on our new shower. We picked them since we were selling our house and needed the remodel completed before closing and they had the quickest turnaround. Strike one was when they came to install they had ordered the wrong size glass. Mistakes happen and they said they would rush order the right size. When they came back to install, we immediately noticed the shower door was completely crooked after they left. Just terrible work. Called the next day and they said they would send

I will never use Baker Glass, completely rude and unprofessional. I did not use their service but On my way home one of their drivers rolled down their window on the highway and threw something out, hitting my windshield and cracking it. I politely tried to signal the driver with no luck then when I reached out to them by phone I got transferred multiple times and talked to the owner who was very rude and said if it's a big deal than to go through my insurance and figure it out myself. He also told me that he wasn't going to even attempt to be helpful. The way I was treated just shows

I highly recommend this business company! They are very professional, friendly and on time! They call you when they are on the way which is very good for a business to give the clients heads up! They only replace one glass on our sunroom but they were very quick! And they actually found the reason why our glass break! Hire them and you will not regret it!

We hired this company to install a shower door. When the installer came, my husband offered to show him photos of what was behind the tile and he insisted he didn't need them - he had been doing this job for 20 years. He ended up drilling into a pipe in the wall. We had to shut off water to our house for hours while we waited for a plumber to come to fix the pipe. Baker Glass refuses to pay for the plumber and the wall that had to be cut into to access the pipe.

After using Baker glass for tabletop glass a few times, I went a few months ago to obtain replacement frosted, tempered glass for a kitchen shelf that broke in a home I was trying to sell. At first they told me they could obtain custom sized tempered glass, the cost, and that they would call me in 2 weeks. They never called, so I started calling them weekly after 3 weeks. At 7 or 8 weeks, they finally said they had the glass in -- but when I went to pick it up, it wasn't tempered - just slightly frosted. I rejected it at first, but In the end took it just so I could list the house. They

I called them to get a quote on 3 shower enclosures. Someone did come out to measure and that's the last I heard. I had to call them 2 more times over the next two weeks to try to get the estimate. First they said they couldn't find it, them they said they found it but the guy who did the measuring didn't do it right. Then I got a call back from Mack who gave me a dollar amount but it wasn't for the enclosures we asked for. I asked him to email it to me and gave him the email address and I have never heard from them again. They seem WAY to disorganized to be in business and

4 other window companies could not repair my window locks, nor could the general contractor working on my new house. BUT, Baker came through for me!! This is a service oriented business with experienced and skilled technicians. Robbie, in service was persistent in locating the parts I needed and kept me apprised of their delivery, and Mike did the repairs quickly, leaving my house spotless. Nice people, friendly service and very reasonable prices. They are definitely my Jacksonville glass go-to company.

I needed a window replaced over the sinks in my master bath. Window had been damaged by a flying stone. Baker came out, measured and accepted the job. When they came to install they removed one pane of the tempered glass and then announced they could do no more until some stucco was removed by a stucco specialist. They left and the window was full of jagged glass with other pieces on the ground. When I objected they told me they were walking away from the job and that every other contractor would tell me the same thing.
