Great service from the person I spoke to on the phone to the tech to who came to my house. I had a cable snap and called Anderson Door Service and the lady was very friendly and professional and took my number since it was after hours to get something scheduled later. Was able to get someone out first thing Monday morning. Tech was very friendly, knowledgable, and professional. Repairs were made promptly and he was on his way. Would definitely recommend.

I made a little mistake and locked myself out of the garage (no key, door, window, code, opener would work). These guys showed up quickly, assessed the problem, found solutions, installed what I asked them to and were fantastic! I highly recommend them.

I recently needed the torsion spring replaced on one of my doors, so I called Anderson based on their reviews. Scott arrived on time, was very professional and friendly, and completed the replacement within an hour. He also noticed an issue on my other door and realigned one of the wheels and cables. In addition, he tuned and oiled both doors and tightened all the brackets and tracks. The cost was also very reasonable. I couldn't be happier with the service from Anderson and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of repair.

Andersen Door Service replaced the bottom gasket on three of my garage doors today. The technician, Scott, also noticed that I had a large gap on my center door because the lower brackets were not installed when the house was built. He was able to make the repairs and now my doors are set for all weather. The Service cost was very reasonable and professionally performed. Scott exceeded my expectations.

Scott was absolutely amazing. Not only did he give me a great price for fixing my garage door he was one of the nicest and most honest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Alot of people would have tried to push a new door on me, but not him he told me he could fix it and he did an amazing job. It's actually more secure and works better then before! I can't recommend him enough and I'm usally very picky who I give 5 stars to, but he exceeded all expectations.
