Some minor things that were a little bothersome.
1) Job was delayed by other jobs, weather (common) Also a lack of communication and a poor estimate (materials not listed, etc) at the beginning until the lady started handling it.
2) Broke a window and did not tell me about it. I had to ask about it. Not just cracked, busted out.
They did cover it to protect from rain, but took a week or more to replace, then replaced with a plain glass instead of opaque (bathroom window, but upper panel.)
3) Supposed to replace and paint all siding, but did not replace siding between two levels of roof. I figured

Danielle Hadley of Wabo Roofing did an exceptional job to get my roof replaced. She did a lot of leg work, climbing up and down my roof to get all pictures of all damaged roof shingles. She worked hard to deal with my insurance and she’s so patient to follow up on them. Danielle is very responsive also to me and she is always communicating with me and always keeping me an update on what’s going on. From begging till the end Wabo gave me the security that my roof would be replaced correctly. Josh helped me with the adjuster appointment and made sure that everything that needed to be addressed was taken care of. Brittany emailed me the checklist days before the build to make sure I was aware of what was expected of me and then day before the build Leo had called to make sure I was well informed of how the demo and installation was going to be preformed. I am very pleased with Wabo Roofing! Marshall, Leo and Katrina were wonderful to work with. Everyone was very professional from start to finish. Not a single plant was harmed and when they left if was if they were never even there. I am very impressed with the quality of workmanship and the process was painless. Overall communication was above and beyond what I expected, especially on the day of install. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have a roof replaced.

WABO roofing was recommended by our tenant. From the time I called them to completion there was constant communication the whole way through. Our project was delayed a couple of weeks due to rain and Katrina would check the weather everyday and update me. Their pricing was fair, service was phenomenal. Leo the project manager ensured the work was done with the highest quality and sent us pictures throughout the roof replacement to make us feel like we were there. HIGHLY recommend them.

Excellent service. Very professional and organized for roof replacement. Leo Bernal, our project manager was absolutely amazing. He was on top of the whole day letting us know via text with pictures, etc.. of how our roof was coming along. He addressed all of our concerns in a timely manner and was very detail oriented describing each step of the process. I highly recommend WABO roofing!

They called back came out looked at the roof and, I explained the problem. Didn't really find what the problem was made a few recommendations and heard nothing from them, no follow up and no quote. That's fine whatever he alleged he thought it was was NOT IT. Go somewhere else don't spend your day waiting on them.

I do NOT recommend WABO Roofing Systems. They are highly unethical, unprofessional, and do not stand by their promises. WABO paid themselves through the finance company before the work was started. After completion, they left a dangling satellite and no hot water. After being called back, when taking down the satellite, they cut the home cable leaving us without internet or tv. The supervisor, Leo, was present and said they would fix it. After four weeks of repeatedly promising us they would take care of it, they did not and won't. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Need a new roof? Look no further than WABO Roofing. Katrina was amazing,she walked us thru every part of the process.Dealt with our insurance, answered any and all questions ,took care of all the concerns we had. Made the whole process easy,kept us in the loop all the way. Today we got a new roof, Leo and his crew showed up early this morning, by 5pm they were finished! Excellent job! Sent us photos of each damaged place on the roof before and after fixing it. Fast,professional and left the site cleaner than when they started.Roof looks beautiful!! Thank-you WABO Roofing!

We had a hail storm come through Clear Lake and I hired Wabo Roofing to work with my insurance company and install a new roof. Kyle with Wabo did a terrific job meeting with the adjuster (several times) and finally convincing them the roof should be fully replaced. The installation was immaculate and they gave me bunch of nice upgrades as well. Everyone I came into contact with was very courteous. I highly recommend Kyle and all the guys/gals at Wabo Roofing! -David

This company is, for a lack of a better phrase, freaking awesome. I worked with Chris and I honestly couldn't have hoped for a better experience. I was worried about a used car dealer type negative adventure when I realized my roof needed repairs where I'd be sold things I really didn't need just because I didn't know a lot about the process. But Chris and everyone else I dealt with treated me like more than just some customer they wanted money out of; I felt like he genuinely wanted to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and did whatever he could to make the entire process

Greg and Clayton of Pyramid Restorations & Construction came to my door and offered free inspection to my roof to determine whether it has any damages potentially qualified for insurance claim. I was not aware that there is one year window to file claim for damages. It turned out that when they brought to my attention, I had about a month left to claim the hail damages occurred in June 2016. Greg was the one followed through the whole process, including the critical meeting with the insurance adjuster to officially inspect the roof for claim purpose.

When their salesperson knocked on my door once it was my last intention to get a new roof ( which we needed badly) Clayton insisted it would be at no expense to us so the second time I let him do the inspection. We were indeed in need of a new roof and Pyramid Restoration and Construction took care of it all. Clayton met with the adjusters, worked with our insurance company, and helped us to get a new roof. Their crew was knowledgeable, quick and caring of our property. In two weeks we had a great new roof. Basically I'm glad Clayton kept knocking. All the people I encountered with this
