Nelson with Artisan Contracting Services (ACS) met with me after a major hail storm to explain the process of submitting a roof repair claim and even helped call the insurance claims department to start the claim and schedule the inspection. He participated in the inspection with the claims adjuster and made sure that nothing was overlooked. I was provided regular status updates as ACS ordered my preferred roofing material. Before making the contract, Mr. Luis presents himself courteously but once the contract is made, he is irresponsible, you can no longer see his face with his work, he has no organization, they are not punctual with the agreed day, he does not answer calls when an emergency is needed. They left the garage blocked with their materials all morning this Lord is rude, I do not recommend his services and he is arrogant when requesting his payment, he does not comply with what was agreed, Sorry for not having sought more information about your page and the comments that agree with what you did learn to

We were needing our roof replaced and Luis guided me through the entire claims process. My wife was scheduled to go to the hospital and give birth to our second baby the exact same day our insurance approved the roof replacement. Luis was aware of this and had his guys come out the very next day and finished our roof before we came home from the hospital! We also had him install new gutters and re-stained our backyard fence. He has followed through on everything he promised us...pretty hard to find that kind of professionalism.

Artisan Contracting Services helped us with numerous repairs after a bad storm ruined our roof, chimney, trees ect. Luis was very helpful with working with our insurance company and even agreed to meet with the insurance adjuster to ensure that he saw all of our damages. Best of all, he upgraded our 20 year shingles to the better quality 30 year shingles. I highly recommend this business!!

My roof suffered damage from a hail storm in April. I recommend Luis and a Brian in working with the insurance company to get repairs done. I whole heartedly recommend Luis and his crew. His crew was friendly and extremely helpful in roofing our home after a bad hail storm as well as taking care of our drywall and black mold in the attic that came about from our leaky roof. I know there are lots of choices in Denton County, but I am glad we went with Artisan Contracting Services.
