I cannot recommend this company enough. They were extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Offered to do anything and quickly adapted to move my furniture from my old place to my new. Including moving a fridge I ordered up the stairs. They Hustled!!!! Door to Door in a hour (10 minute drive). Again, thank you so much!!

I have used Big Brother Moving 3 times since moving to NC in 2017 and each time they did not disappoint. They know exactly what they are doing and approach the move with a plan. They get right down to business as soon arrive. Cary and Travis have moved me twice and it’s nice to see that they are still working for the same company after 4 years! Give them a call, you will be very happy you did!!

Several pieces of furniture was scratched, solid leather recliner's leg was broken and they never mentioned this to me. During the move, when i mentioned the very nice desk had been scratched, Kerry walked away as if i had not mentioned it. One piece of my exercise equipment had a huge scratch down the side. I will never use this company again.

This is the second time using Big Brother Moving and we were so happy both times. They came equipped with a big team and got the job done quickly and efficiently. They take apart your beds and reassemble for you at the new place. They are friendly, affordable and great to work with. This last weekend we moved and the weather was rainy and horrible and they accommodated that with a positive attitude. Highly recommend for your moves! We will be using them in the future.

They broke my mirror on purchased curio cabinet they were delivering from their store Consigning Design in Cary.......

Have made purchases here in the past without incident. Latest purchase of large curio was a complete disappointment in the way it was handled by manager Ashley and Owner Mike Peterson. Their delivery service Big Brother Moving which is also owned by Mike Peterson broke the mirrored back while attempting to load it for paid delivery to my house. He called and stated he need to talk to manager Ashley (yet he claims he is the owner ) on how she wanted to handle
