GoMow is super convenient and very affordable! They come exactly when they're scheduled. I don't have to leave money under the mat which is great- they just deduct it each time they mow!
The guys are really friendly and do a great job. Donna in the office was also great in coordinating and explaining everything to me. She texted me which was super convenient for me as well. They also offer other services that I've used which have been excellent as well! Everything is so much easier and convenient using gomow!

This is my second year to be a GoMow customer. Donna & Erin run the office. Both are professional, flexible & friendly. They have never hassled me, if there is a problem with my credit card payment. The service itself is dependable. If I've ever had a problem, I take pictures & send it to them. Paul, makes sure it is taken care of quickly & fairly. No problem. I hired GoMow in Austin because my son recommended them. He had been using them for several years and was really pleased with their service. My first mow was easy to schedule, reasonably priced, and done within one day of my online request! They also handled a special request to haul off some limbs from a big shrub that we had cut, and that, too, was reasonably priced, and efficiently and quickly done!

I recently left town for 6 weeks and I decided to hire gomow.
My friend who was watching my pool sent me pictures of my pool littered with grass in the skimmer and polaris after the first initial mowing. I would have thought that around the pool they would bag the clippings or at least try to clean up after themselves. I was on my honeymoon and didn't wan to deal with the issue, but my friend contacted me the next 2 times they came out and each time he had to spend over an hour cleaning the mess they made.
Additionally they ran over the the hose on my side yard and ruined it.

Have had them here 3 times now and they have done an excellent job. So glad I made that phone call after receiving their post card. My yard looks great.
I'm editing this because it has now been a few months and they are still doing a superb job. Not only does my yard look wonderful but their customer service is top notch. I highly recommend GoMow and would give more stars if I could.

If you want a simple mow and blow then GoMow will be perfect. Please keep in mind this is not a horticultural, science based landscape company. They quickly mow and edge adequately and the guys are pretty nice. I also find their company communication to be pretty good as I get regular emails letting me know when they are behind and what to expect as far as scheduling. Right now, they are behind schedule but that is to be expected due to all the rain. You really don't actually want your lawn mowed while the soil is soggy and the grass is wet.

If there was a zero, that's what I would give them. We used their mow service for a couple of months, and was generally okay with them. They would mow the grass to short during the summer, but we let it go. We decided to use them to clean out our flower beds and add new mulch. Worst decision, ever. To start they didn't clean out the beds, and just put mulch on top of the grass, limbs, leaves, debris, etc.. We called them to notify them the beds were not cleaned prior to the mulch, so they offered for a supervisor to come out and "reconcile" the situation. After clearly

I had the same experience as another reviewer. I used them for two months and not one single time was the lawn mowed or edged correctly. I really wanted to give them a chance to I contacted the office and sent pictures and tried to work with them.
There were always patches in the grass that were just not mowed at all and sometimes they wouldn't edge at all. Sometimes they would edge some of the yard and miss other things. I decided it was ridiculous to pay a company to do the lawn and then have my husband go fix it when they left.

Once again, if there was a 0-star option, these guys would be right there.
I received a flyer from GoMow.com and thought it was a genius idea. It was a quick and easy billing option and seemed like something that people have needed all along. However, each time I had to deal with these people made me less excited and more irritated.
