I bought my Ford Focus here a few years ago after two friends also bought their cars from Rick. Rick was friendly and professional, you can put a 100$ deposit down to hold the car you want while you get approved for your car and it gets taken off the overall amount.
I love my car, and I recommend everybody get their cars from Geneva Auto Sales, I really don’t think there’s anywhere that can get you in a newer model low mileage that Rick does.

Lazy and incompetent salesman. I came here to look at a car but the salesperson had a customer at his desk. He NEVER even acknowledged me walking in, never said "I'll be right with you" ....NOTHING. Too bad for him I had the FULL 12,000 in CASH right in my pocket and would have bought the vehicle on the spot in FULL!! Now I see today he is stuck with that car and can't sell it. TISK TISK. Poor salesman skills I'd say. I bought another car the same day in Milwaukee. My advice to the unprofessional salesperson, go work at Mcdonalds!!

Purchased '15 Nissan w 22k miles 7-1-21. Very clean, smells new, and no problems. Normal used cars so dont expect new looking. Rick was best exp ever and zero pressure. Gives details, shows before pics if car is done, or you can look at actual cars if you can then wait for the fix, then gives great low price he can accept. They only fix low damage cars. He sells ext warranty at DEALER COST!(bumper to bumper saved 2k+ off retail) ADDS 125k miles or 7 yrs.. Amazing. With large warranty savings i felt no reason to bargain. He stayed late for us and we will buy again in future. Thanks.

Purchased a 2014 Ford focus in April 2021. About 13k miles on the car, paid about $7k. As of mid-sept 2021 car is still running perfectly, has not had any issues.
Rick worked with me to help me find a car that was appropriate for me, searched inventory for cars within the parameters I set (including price!).
Most importantly he treated me like a human being, not a young lady looking to buy a car on her own for the first time. He didn't treat me like prey, or like I didn't know anything.

I bought a 2015 Jeep Patriot at a great price for my son at college. The Jeep was barely driven for 2 months since my son was still away. When he got back and we were going through a hot spell, the AC stopped working. I took it to a local garage and they wanted $1500 to fix. I took a chance and called Rick and he said bring it back and fixed it for free. Not only great prices but great service

My daughter was shopping for her first car and had a limited budget. Everything in her price range was older models with 100,000 or more miles. She discovered a 2017 Hyundai Accent with just 41,000 miles at Geneva Auto Sales.
Met Rick and he explained his cars are rebuilt from salvaged vehicles. Showed us the before photos of the car and explained the repairs. The car ran great and my daughter bought it.
Rick is great. Explained the title process and insurance requirements in Illinois. It all worked out. Car was insured and passed the safety lane inspection. I even had my mechanic look the car

I'm extremely grateful for the amount of kindness and integrity that was shown to me here. I was able to get such an amazing deal I couldn't be happier with my Ford Focus. I will continue to recommend geneva auto sales for their work, great prices and quality of vehicles. Thanks Rick.

My pops purchased this vehicle for mi madre and although I only tagged along to drive his car back home my dad said it was an amazingly easy going deal. I met the sales man though I didn't catch his name. He answered all my dads questions and kept him engaged without being pushy. For a rainy day it was a nice experience and way to spend my afternoon. Pleasant place, great prices and nice staff.

Purchased my 2013 Chevy Equinox from here. 10/10 professionalism and quality. Very easy to work with and honest. Personally do recommend.

If you are from Illinois. Prepare to spend several trips to the DMV and pay about another $1200 to get it the salvaged title transferred and registration. You have to actually hire a licensed rebuilder in order to get both your inspections done which are another hassle.

I drove 2 hours to look at cars at Geneva Auto Sales. These cars are listed on cars.com. They misrepresent what you are looking at on their site and on Geneva Auto Sales site by not telling you specifically that these cars are SALVAGED. Today, when I was there EVERY car on the lot had a salvaged title (had to be 30 or more) with the exception of one that had already been purchased with a damage claim paid. Furthermore, on cars.com it is misrepresented because they make you think that they still have warranties. A salvaged car does not have a warranty by the manufacturer per Edmunds.com

I just purchased a 2013 Elantra with all the options from Rick at Geneva Auto Sales. Great experience, great car. It is for my daughter who is 20 and a junior in college. Don't need anything special, but got a 29K mile car that had minor damage and was rebuilt. Wow, is this a nice car after buying a new set of tires and cleaning it up.
If you want fancy everything, this place is not for you. If you want a great car that is a commuter at a great price or something for your college student, this is the place. They care about what they do. It's not going to be concourse quality, but the price is
