My daughter was looking for her first car and noticed one from Audi La Crosse. The price was great. We worked with David Alatorre and Joe Allen. David was very knowledgeable and took the time to show us all the vehicles. He was very easy to talk to and down to earth. He made us feel comfortable and we didn't feel pressured or rushed. He definitely went above and beyond! It was probably the best car buying experience we have ever had. I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership and specifically Brandon Stroede. His responsiveness and helpfulness was beyond our expectations. We found ourselves in the market for an Audi and Brandon bent over backwards in a pinch to find us the right vehicle and Financing. All of this after a horrible experience at a different dealership. I love my new S4!! Buy Happy, Drive Happy, the whole experience made me happy! My S4 is simply incredible, and I am so glad we made the trip to La Crosse to get it. It matters to me that when my husband told them it was my car they immediately turned all their attention my way. Every question was answered, I felt like I was their favorite customer and they even helped me figure out the massaging seats!!!! Wow, this thing has great massaging seats in fine Napa leather and a heated steering wheel! Sure, a car this great would be easy to sell but Ryan and his crew, especially Emily Dan and Melissa
