I had a service appt set up two weeks in advance. When I arrived, Brandi informed me that I wouldn't be able to have my car serviced until the afternoon even though I had an appt for 9AM. Apparently, some people had called in sick and therefore they were short staffed, which I understand given Covid. What I was upset about was that no one called me before my appt to let me know about the situation so I could decide whether or not I should drive over. She sensed my dismay, and was very apologetic... even though I know it was not her fault. I could see that she was busy on her feet logging everyone

I recently purchased a car with this dealership, Simon was great what isn't great is how they deal with their service department I'm told I can make an appointment then I call and they say It's first come first serve I then go in and they say it's by appointment I do not appreciate it especially when it's a two hour drive from my home and I need to plan it. They need to rethink how they do their service department and work with their customers better.

Angel is awesome. I had a flat today, she found the tire I needed, had it shipped to the dealership and had it mounted all in the same day. I was very impressed with her professionalism and her attention to detail. She came over while I waited and informed me of what was happening and how long it would take. Angel was truly excellent and provided me with 5 star customer service. Really nice to see someone who truly cares about their customers.

I towed my VW there about a week before thanksgiving. I had a major leak and we suspected it to be the water pump. After 2 days Bob called said it was the water pump and said it's 1300$. No problem as long as it's fixed. They said I could pick it up the Wednesday before thanksgiving but I ended picking it up Black Friday. When I first got in my car my Check engine light was on ( has never been on before) so we told bob and they took it back and said everything was good it was just a connection that needed to be turned off. I went to this location on Saturday 11/20/2021 around 10am. I was looking at getting 2 new vehicles. I walked into the lot and an older gentleman salesman saw me outside. I waved him over and he ignored me and went inside. A couple drove up in a vehicle and he came out to greet them and help them look at cars. My husband and I ended up going to autonation Volkswagen instead and purchased 2 vehicles from them. Very upset with the lack of help I had received at this location.

With the shortage of available stock I have been searching for a new vehicle for a few weeks. Called this dealership and asked if they would sell me one for sticker price without any addendums. Spoke to the manager, Cliff he told me we're not adding any additional markups over sticker. Arjay did it again and got us just what we were looking for! I wasn't in the market for a new car, but after seeing and driving the ID.4, it was really hard to resist. The worst mechanics ever!! First, you should look at all the class action lawsuits filed against VW. Then you should realize that your car will almost HAVE to be serviced by the dealership mechanics. Then you should note that the mechanics are SO BAD, they'll replace anything, sell the "broken" part without giving you a chance to verify that it was bad, then when it doesn't fix the problem, they'll say something else is wrong, replace That part, charge you an enormous amount and the process repeats until they've gone WAY over the blue book value of the car.

I had a really great experience at this dealership. My car is very new and had a minor battery issue. Nothing major. So I called Findlay VW to see if they could help. Service representative Evelyn helped me over the phone and told me to bring the car in the same day right away. When I arrived at the location Evelyn actually helped me through the entire process. The wife and I were interested in the new ID4 EV so popped in one day to give one a test drive and Arjay was very informative and helpful during the process.
We have yet to decide as there are many EV's coming into the market in the next 1-2 years, but if we do decide on the ID4, Arjay is the salesman we would be glad to deal with.

I leased a vehicle from here. Like most dealerships once the deal is done customer service drops. Fast forward 4 years later. Lease bought out and no obligation to come to the dealership it's like I'm beyond unimportant that I'm paying hundreds of dollars for service. My wait is always at minimum an hour after my quoted time. Services that could easily be included without looking at my car we're never communicated until I've waited, again an hour after my quoted time. Adding an additional 1.5 hours if selected and a couple hundred dollars. I have money to ensure a reliable

While driving to LA my coolant signal came on. I pulled over at a gas station and opened the hood. To my discovery the coolant was low (just had the 10k service done 2 1/2 months ago at Dallas VW). I'm thinking that the Dallas VW didn't add coolant to my jetta.
I immediately took my jetta to Findlay VW. I was helped by the woman in the service department (I forgot to ask for her name). She topped off my coolant and explained what to do if the coolant signal came on again. Overall, she really cared about fixing my car problem. I will be back when I need to get my 20k service.

My biggest desire was a 3rd row, without giving up good gas mileage, we found that when we started looking into the Tiguan. I called on a Monday morning and spoke with Clete, who was wonderful and patient with all of my questions. He then got me in touch with our salesman, Ryan Kayser! This guy right here, a rock star! He was so helpful, positive, and made the entire process really incredible. We had mobile communication all day, until I was able to get to the dealership

My wife and I were in a bad situation with our two vehicles. One was a lease and the other about to fall apart. That's when we called Findlay VW! I had a good experience with their service department, so I thought I would give them a go. That's when we met Ben! He was so patient with us, and very upfront about what our options were.
If you want to be entertained while buying something you really don't understand, Ben is not your guy.

Where can I start? Findlay Volkswagen is a total night and day difference from the level of service that I have received in the past from Findlay Toyota. First the service department, which you will be seeing a lot of. Is just totally substandard in operation and professionalism. You come to have your vehicle serviced and nobody greets you as you step out. Employees are there but they can't be bothered to say a hello to you or even acknowledge your existence.
