Purchased my 2015 Jeep Patriot from Solid Motorcars and they made the process so easy and quick. We checked out a bunch of other dealerships and it was BS compared to Solid Motorcars. Sheldon and JC worked with my fiancé and I and literally made the car buying experience enjoyable. The car comes with a 6 month 6000 mile warranty with purchase. We have been back to now put our Honda in the shop with them and they repaired it beautifully and efficiently. 10/10 experience and will be recommending them to everyone I know in the Las Vegas area. Horrible liars. Customer service sucks. Asked about my personal life as if it had anything to do with me purchasing a car. He brought up bogus credit report trying to get me to put a higher down payment and tried to lie and say that I wouldn't get a car without a cosigner. My credit score isn't the best, it is 659 but I was able to go to carmax purchased a 2018 Nissan Sentra with 500 down with a note 325 month for 48 months.

I just financed a Subaru Impreza from Solid & JC was my salesman. I give 5 stars JC for being the best & so helpful to me! My credit isn't what you call good but I'm rebuilding, I wouldn't have a car if it weren't for JC & solid. Solid is cool to because the cars all come with a 6,000/ 6 mo warranty on your vehicle. It’s a hit or miss with this place. My mom bought three cars from here that worked perfectly fine. I come back with my niece and our car broke down the first week we had it. I wouldn’t suggest this place at all!! Keep your money and go somewhere else. Not only do they show no empathy but one of the employees informed me on how their isn’t any “ lemon laws “ in Vegas and there isn’t anything they can do.

I just purchased an amazing Jeep Wrangler from Solid Motors- I received fantastic deals on both my purchase and trade-in. All of the staff, especially Sheldon, JC, and Bryan, are so friendly and easy to work with. I never felt pressured the two times I've worked with them. They also offer a fantastic 6 month warranty on all vehicles. This is definitely the place to go in Las Vegas!!

As a former military service member, with the U.S. Air Force, and now a full time Firefighter, please heed my warning and stay away from this dealership. The customer service is the worst I've ever received. The Manager will not return phone calls. I have had to initiate all phone calls to them to receive any kind of update. Currently I am having to justify the refund owed to me because of their failure to send my banking institution the pay off amount of my car in a timely manner. I do not want any of my Military or Emergency Responder family to ever go through this. Thank you!

Went there with 4-5k to put down and they went through there one credit union, cause apparently they look like they only go though that one only. I explained I'm a independent contractor and they still wanted proof of income, mind you the vehicle was $13,500 and mind you I was willing to place $4-5k down. I received a letter from there credit union approving me for the vehicle and 63 month term. Called the dealership and the guy was still claiming I need proof of income! Even though I was approved by there own credit union. I even spoke with their credit union reps who seemed baffled cause

Very disappointed with our experience at this dealer. The cars they have are overpriced compared to what they go for. Luckily I did my research during the time they took to get back to me. Bad customer service. Sheldon the owner is the worst to deal with. I got a really bad vibe overall and felt that buying a car here would be a really bad decision. They could not show me the car fax, they were trying to run my credit and get all my info but I was hesitant because I kept asking about the car fax and they never showed it. I don't really know if they even had it.

I purchased my first car here a few months ago and can only describe it as being the Cheers of car dealership- a little local gem where everybody knows your name. I went in with a bit of hesitation, because of my credit score, but felt relieved when they found a way to help me. Not only did I not feel pressured/rushed to buy but they gave me time to consider my options and do my own research. (They even went above and beyond to try and help me get rid of my old car.)

It has been awhile since I had purchased a vehicle but I definitely would recommend this place. I have to say from beginning to end this was the best truck buying experience I have ever had and both Sheldon and Matt went above and beyond my expectations during the process. Traded my Acura for a Toyota 4Runner and never looked back.
