This company's selection of EE'S is NOT FOR THE COMMUNITY! THEY SHOWED NO INTEREST FOR A PERSON IN NEED! Taylor has no self integrity for her position within a company who pledges to help their community!

If I could give this car company less than a one star I would. First, they sold my family member a car with a bad engine in June of 2021. Secondly, the contract was never completed to finalize the deal, their fault. Thirdly, they took the car back to be fixed, and yet to return it. We have been to the office several times and been given the run around. My family member paid a down payment of $3000 and has no car to show for it. Finally, I come here to discourage others from BUYING A CAR FROM HERE!!

I have had so many issues with car companies and it was super frustrating. The car company change my whole outlook. They a great at working with you or find things that will work. Because I am self employed, it was hard trying to get a car with no deposits on my bank statements. Although the down payment increased, I was still able to pull off the lot with the car that I wanted and loved. Todd, Dee, and Taylor, thank you so much for everything you guys have done for me. This is the type of place you avoid. I recently purchased a car from Fletcher's Jones and had a great experience. This place didn't even bother to sell the car I was looking at while running me through the process. 6 hours later, I drive over and they haven't even done anything for me. The finance manager is rude and sarcastic. This was even acknowledge by a company representative. Sad sad sad place to be. Very unprofessional.

have had quite the journey with The Car Company! I had a major issue with my car after having it a month and a half. I really had wanted to give up and thought nothing would be done. But! I had a wonderful man from the car company reach out and assist me FULLY in getting it repaired. Times are crazy and hard for us all right now, and without the help I received from this wonderful man I wouldn't have thought about ever going back here. Just pulled a bait and switch on me. I even showed him the Texts we are receiving from a gentleman by the name of Todd. For those that don't understand, they said they had a car on the lot, when we showed up they offered us every other car since they didn't really have it. I'm at least a person of my word, and I said I would trash them just a bit for lying. So anyone who follows me don't waste your time at this lot! This was not even a just OK story, more like a waste my time story!

I've now financed two vehicles through this company. They've come through for me both times. They offer both bank financing and in-house financing so there are options if you need them. The staff is super helpful and always friendly.

Thanks again Luis for helping get us into our newest vehicle. We look forward to bringing in our daughter to purchase her first vehicle very soon.

If you want to have an "As Is" messed up vehicle then go there, from the customers service to the finance team it was the worst experience , and don't believe that their so call mechanic heck the cars because they don't, I ended up with a true luxury lemon, they didn't even put gas in the car I purchased and failed to let me know about recall on passenger side airbags, service engine light came on right after I drove off lot, now have to spend $400 on an emissions part

Although I have personally not done business with this company, my friend went by here when looking for a car. She spoke with Alex and said that it was a great experience, especially for car shopping.... From start to finish, she never felt pressured and felt her best interests were what mattered!! Alex came highly recommended from her and will definitely be who we go see when we're ready for a different car!!!

Would give Zero stars if possible. Stay away!! These guys are scam artists. My car had problems from day 1 and they refused to fix it. I stopped paying for it and they took it back. Thank god.

I recently purchased a car from here and Alex S. was the salesman helping me and I have to say he went above and beyond in catering to my needs. I shamefully admit that I was a little difficult to work with at times, but Alex made me feel like I was his number one customer throughout every interaction throughout the process.

Purchasing a car can be a bit of nerve-racking experience as you are never sure whose best interest they are really trying to please. So rest assure if you go to The Car Company to purchase your next vehicle, do yourself a favor and ask for Alex; I promise you'll be happy

Do not buy a vehicle here. Two years ago we bought a truck and paid in full when we did (not financed). And we still don't have a title. We went in a week and a half ago and they promised to expedite it. They told us that we would receive the title in less than a week. Check with the DMV and nothing has been done yet. I called them today and They once again assured me it would be expedited and in my hands in a week.

Employee in front was sleeping there was no sign of life any where yet when they told us to go to office out of nowhere ppl started getting busy n as we were about to leave all noise stopped so it might have been n act there are 6 claims against them on the BBB plus hundreds of bad business reviews on different sites

Good guys laid back environment good selection of cars they made me feel human and not like a leper like most big dealerships I was in and out within an hour make sure u deal with Alex he is the most knowledgeable and understanding of various needs they have warranties and good cars! I would definitely recommend family and friends they we're so good with my autistic son made him very comfortable while I conducted business

The business said it was open today on a Sunday. We went around 3pm and business was closed. They had around 40 to 50 cars on the lot ranging from BMWs to Chevy malibus. Most cars in the 5k range were pretty best up with visible body damage. Some of the nicer cars did not have prices listed on them. They had signs everywhere that as long as you have a job they will finance you. I gave 1 stat cause I was irritated I drove there and no one around. Also lots of crack head people walking around.
